Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu otrzymywania ekstraktu zawierającego betulinę (triterpen pentacykliczny) z kory brzozy brodawkowatej w sposób ekologiczny, gdzie w ekstrakcji stosuje się mieszaninę eutektyczną tymolu i borneolu zmieszane w ilościach od 6 do 9 części wagowych tymolu i od 4 do 1 części wagowych borneolu, stosując na 1 część wagową zmielonej kory brzozy od 80 do 120 części objętościowe mieszaniny eutektycznej, przy czym ekstrakcję prowadzi się co najmniej dwukrotnie, stosując za każdym razem świeżą porcję mieszaniny eutektycznej, w temperaturze od 50°C do 80°C. Korzystnie kora brzozy jest rozdrobniona do wielkości cząstek co najwyżej do 1,6 mm. Korzystnie stosuje się mieszaninę zawierającą następujące ilości składników: 9 części wagowych tymolu do 1 części wagowej borneolu. Korzystnie otrzymany ekstrakt poddaje się liofilizacji.
