Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania średnio rozdrobnionych kiełbasek parzonych, wędzonych przeznaczonych do opiekacza rolkowego i kiełbasek wytworzonych tym sposobem. W wyniku zgłoszenia uzyskano produkt, który cechuje się trwałością oraz niepowtarzalnym smakiem i zapachem użytych przypraw, w tym czosnku niedźwiedziego, przy zachowaniu właściwej konsystencji, struktury, wyglądu i zwartości niezbędnych dla produktów mięsnych przeznaczonych do rolkowego opiekacza.
