Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowa pochodna β-ketoiminy, którą stanowi 4-(3-trietoksysililopropyloimino)-3-etylo-pentan-2-on o wzorze strukturalnym 1. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób otrzymywania tej pochodnej obejmujący poddawanie reakcji 3-etylo-pentano-2,4-dionu oraz 3-aminopropylotrietoksysilanu w proporcji molowej reagentów wynoszącej 1:1, następnie przeprowadzano eliminację cząsteczek wody z uzyskanego produktu pośredniego poprzez ogrzewanie mieszaniny przy stałym mieszaniu w temperaturze od temperatury wrzenia 3-etylo-pentano-2,4-dionu do 100°C przez 1 — 2 godzin, a uzyskany produkt rekrystalizowano znanym sposobem. Ujawniono również zastosowanie nowej pochodnej lub związku otrzymanego sposobem wg zgłoszenia.The subject of the application is a new derivative of β-ketoimine, which is 4-(3-triethoxysilylpropylimino)-3-ethyl-pentan-2-one with the structural formula 1. The subject of the application is also a method of obtaining this derivative, including reacting 3-ethyl-pentan- 2,4-dione and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in a molar proportion of the reactants of 1:1, then the elimination of water molecules from the obtained intermediate product was carried out by heating the mixture with constant stirring at a temperature from the boiling point of 3-ethyl-pentane-2,4-dione to 100°C for 1 - 2 hours, and the obtained product was recrystallized by a known method. The use of a new derivative or compound obtained by the method according to the application is also disclosed.
