Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania cząstek nanocelulozy o kształcie prostokątnym z odpadów z papieru gazetowego. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że wykonuje się kolejno następujące etapy: odpadowy, kolorowy papier gazetowy, o średniej zawartości celulozy 45 - 55% poddaje się rozdrobnieniu, rozdrobniony papier gazetowy poddaje się działaniu wodnego roztworu wodorotlenku sodu o stężeniu od 1 do 3%, przy stosunku wagowym od 1:25 do 1:35 i miesza się do momentu pęcznienia, mieszaninę ogrzewa się w zlewce w temperaturze w zakresie od 50 do 70°C, w czasie od 1 do 2h, mieszaninę przesącza się, otrzymaną pulpę poddaje się działaniu wodnego roztworu nadtlenku wodoru o stężeniu od 1,5 do 3%, przy stosunku wagowym od 1:35 do 1:45 i miesza się do momentu pęcznienia pulpy, mieszaninę ogrzewa się w zlewce, w temperaturze od 50 do 70°C, w czasie od 1 do 2h, mieszaninę przesącza się, otrzymaną pulpę poddaje się działaniu wodnego roztworu kwasu siarkowego(VI) o stężeniu od 40 do 50%, przy stosunku od 1 g:40 ml do 1 g:100 ml, mieszaninę ogrzewa się w zlewce, mieszając, w temperaturze od 50 do 60°C, w czasie od 1 do 2h, uzyskując materiał w postaci nanocząstek celulozy.
