Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest jednokomponentowa piana PUR/PIR w pojemniku aerozolowym o niskiej zawartości monomeru izocyjanianowego która zawiera prepolimer poliuretanowo-poliizocyjanuronowy o zawartości grup NCO wynoszącej 8 – 20% wag., poliole, gazy nośne, znane substancje pomocnicze oraz środki ogniochronne. Co istotne, jednokomponentowa piana PUR/PIR zawiera prepolimer poliuretanowo-poliizocyjanuronowy (PUR/PIR) na bazie 4,4-diizocyjanianu difenylometanu i/lub 2,4-diizocyjanianu difenylometanu i/lub 2,2-diizocyjanianu difenylometanu zwanym też MDI i/lub 1,6-diizocyjanianu heksametylenu zwanym też HDI i/lub 2,4-diizocyjanianu toluenu i/lub 2,6-diizocyjanianu toluenu zwanym też TDI, w postaci monomeru, biuretu, dimeru, trimeru, polimeru, o zawartości monomeru izocyjanianowego poniżej 0,1% wag., otrzymany w procesie trimeryzacji izocyjanianów.
