Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ do wytwarzania mieszanki glebowej z pozabiegowych peloidów balneologicznych zawierający urządzenie do prażenia, urządzenie do rozdrabniania i mieszalnik. Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że zbiornik (1) pozabiegowych peloidów balneologicznych połączony jest poprzez dozownik z urządzeniem (2) do prażenia, do którego podłączony jest poprzez dozownik zbiornik (3) zeolitu. Urządzenie (2) do prażenia swoim wylotem połączone jest poprzez podajnik z urządzeniem (4) do rozdrabniania, które z kolei połączone jest poprzez podajnik z mieszalnikiem (5), do którego podłączony jest poprzez dozownik zbiornik (6) mineralnych i organicznych komponentów gleby. Do mieszalnika (5) podłączony jest poprzez dozownik zbiornik (7) substancji regulującej pH gleby. Mieszalnik (5) swoim wylotem połączony jest poprzez podajnik ze zbiornikiem (8) mieszanki glebowej.The subject of the application is a system for the production of a soil mixture from post-treatment balneological peloids, comprising a device for roasting, a device for grinding and a mixer. It is characterized by the fact that the tank (1) of post-treatment balneological peloids is connected via a dispenser to the device (2) for roasting, to which the tank (3) of zeolite is connected via a dispenser. The device (2) for roasting with its outlet is connected through a feeder with a device (4) for grinding, which in turn is connected through a feeder with a mixer (5), to which a tank (6) of mineral and organic soil components is connected through a dispenser. The tank (7) of the soil pH regulating substance is connected to the mixer (5) via a dispenser. The mixer (5) is connected with its outlet through the feeder to the tank (8) of the soil mixture.
