Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna zawierająca flukonazol i nośnik, który stanowi niejonowy trójblokowy kopolimer polioksyetyleno-polioksypropylenowy, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera flukonazol w stężeniu od 0,004% (w/v) do 0,45% (w/v) objętości kompozycji, niejonowy trójblokowy kopolimer polioksyetyleno-polioksypropylenowy w stężeniu od 0,08% (w/v) do 25% (w/v) objętości kompozycji i wodę oczyszczoną w ilości do 100% (w/v) objętości kompozycji, przy czym nośnik ma postać miceli o średnicy hydrodynamicznej od 5,0±0,1 nm do 40±1,0 nm. Wynalazek obejmuję również formulację zawierającą kompozycję oraz zastosowanie kompozycji albo formulacji.
