Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób recyklingu rur wielowarstwowych i urządzenie do recyklingu rur wielowarstwowych. Sposób recyklingu rur wielowarstwowych polegający na oddzieleniu warstwy metalowej od warstw z tworzywa sztucznego poprzez cięcie rury wielowarstwowej (R), podgrzanie jej i odkształcenie plastyczne charakteryzuje się tym, że rurę wielowarstwową (R) umieszcza się w urządzeniu podawczym (6), a następnie rozcina się wzdłużnie na całej jej długości na grubość ścianki w mechanizmie tnącym (7), po czym podgrzewa się do momentu roztopienia kleju w zespole podgrzewającym (8) i formuje się w mechanizmie walcującym (9) rozciętą rurę wielowarstwową (R) do postaci taśmy (T), walcując przy tym utworzoną taśmę (T) do grubości mniejszej niż grubość ścianki (S) rury wielowarstwowej (R). Urządzenie do recyklingu rur wielowarstwowych zawierające mechanizm tnący (7), zespół podgrzewający (8), mechanizm walcujący (9) charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera mechanizm podawczy (6), za którym znajduje się mechanizm tnący (7) z nożem wysuniętym powyżej grubość ścianki rury wielowarstwowej (R), zaś w mechanizmie walcującym (9) przy każdym z walców zamocowane są skrobaki.
