Przedmiotem zgłoszenia wynalazku jest funkcjonalny napój owocowo-warzywny typu smoothie, wytworzony na bazie soku owocowego i/lub soków owocowych i/lub soków owocowo-warzywnych charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera wysuszone i rozdrobnione wytłoki z warzyw w ilości od 2% wagowych do 5% wagowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia wynalazku jest też sposób wytwarzania funkcjonalnego napoju owocowo-warzywnego typu smoothie na bazie soków owocowych i/lub warzywnych z dodatkiem wytłoków.The subject of the invention application is a functional fruit and vegetable drink of the smoothie type, produced on the basis of fruit juice and/or fruit juices and/or fruit and vegetable juices characterized in that it contains dried and comminuted vegetable pomace in an amount of 2% by weight to 5% by weight.
