Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest 1-(2'-hydroksy-4',6'-dimetoksyfenylo)-3-(3"-O-β-D-(4'"-O-metyloglukopiranozylo)-4"-hydroksyfenylo)-prop-2-en-1-on (2',4"-dihydroksy-4',6'-dimetoksy-3"-O-β-D-(4"'-O-metyloglukopiranozylo)-chalkon) o wzorze 2 oraz sposób wytwarzania 1-(2'-hydroksy-4',6'-dimetoksyfenylo)-3-(3"-O-β-D-(4"'-O-metyloglukopiranozylo)-4"-hydroksyfenylo)-prop-2-en-1-onu (2',4"-dihydroksy-4',6'-dimetoksy-3"-O-β-D-(4"'-O- metyloglukopiranozylo)-chalkonu) charakteryzujący się tym, że do podłoża odpowiedniego dla grzybów strzępkowych wprowadza się szczep Beauveria bassiana BBT, następnie po upływie co najmniej 72 godzin do hodowli wprowadza się substrat, którym jest 1-(2'-hydroksy-4',6'-dimetoksyfenylo)-3-fenylo-prop-2-en-1-on (flawokawaina B) o wzorze 1, rozpuszczony w rozpuszczalniku organicznym mieszającym się z wodą, transformację prowadzi się w temperaturze od 20 do 30 stopni Celsjusza, przy ciągłym wstrząsaniu, co najmniej 24 godziny, po czym produkt ekstrahuje się rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą i oczyszcza chromatograficznie.The subject of the application is 1-(2'-hydroxy-4',6'-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(3"-O-β-D-(4'"-O-methylglucopyranosyl)-4"-hydroxyphenyl)-prop-2-en-1-one (2',4"-dihydroxy-4',6'-dimethoxy-3"-O-β-D-(4"'-O-methylglucopyranosyl)-chalcone) of the formula 2 and a method for the preparation of 1-(2'-hydroxy-4',6'-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(3"-O-β-D-(4"'-O-methylglucopyranosyl)-4"-hydroxyphenyl)-prop-2-en-1-one (2',4"-dihydroxy-4',6'-dimethoxy- ... methylglucopyranosyl)-chalcone) characterized in that the Beauveria bassiana BBT strain is introduced into a medium suitable for filamentous fungi, then after at least 72 hours a substrate is introduced into the culture, which is 1-(2'-hydroxy-4',6'-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-phenyl-prop-2-en-1-one (flavocaine B) of the formula 1, dissolved in an organic solvent miscible with water, the transformation is carried out at a temperature of 20 to 30 degrees Celsius, with continuous shaking, for at least 24 hours, after which the product is extracted with an organic solvent immiscible with water and purified chromatographically.
