Abstract

Zgłoszenie rozwiązuje zagadnienie sposobu wytwarzania systemowych płyt ogrzewania podłogowego. Sposób polega na tym, że spieniony granulat styropianu po leżakowaniu zasypuje się do zamykanych szczelnie form (1), gdzie szerokość szczeliny (2), pomiędzy jej ruchomą częścią (3) a stałą części (4) wynosi zero. Granulat poddaje się działaniu pary o ciśnieniu 0,50 - 0,75 bar, przez okres 6,5 - 8,5 sekundy. Parę podaje się po obu stronach formy (1). Po upływie wskazanego czasu redukuje się ciśnienie przez okres 13 - 16 sekund, przy jednoczesnym próżniowym chłodzeniu systemowych płyt. Wytworzoną kształtową płytę łączy się trwale z nakładką i powstaje systemowa płyta.
