Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób zwiększenia sprawności turbin wiatrowych o pionowej osi obrotu, charakteryzujący się tym, że eliminuje dopływ powietrza do części turbiny pracującej pod wiatr przez co eliminuje hamowanie turbiny i zwiększa jej sprawność. Sposób zwiększenia sprawności turbin pionowych polega również na zastosowaniu osłony, która blokuje dopływ powietrza tylko do części turbiny pracującej pod wiatr i ustawiającej się za pomocą statecznika pionowego w odpowiedniej pozycji do wiatru. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także ww. osłona.
