Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są związki, pochodne 4-nitro-benzo-2,1,3-tiadiazolu, o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza atom S lub grupę SO. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób otrzymywania związków o wzorze 1, polegający na reakcji 4-nitro-benzo-2,1,3-tiadiazolu z pochodną morfoliny o wzorze 2, w którym R oznacza atom S lub grupę SO, użytą w ilości równomolowej w stosunku do 4-nitro-benzo-2,1,3-tiadiazolu, w środowisku dichlorometanu, w temperaturze 20°C, w czasie 20 godzin w atmosferze gazu obojętnego i po zakończeniu reakcji na usunięciu rozpuszczalnika pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem i oczyszczeniu produktu finalnego w drodze chromatografii kolumnowej. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także zastosowania związku o wzorze 1.
