Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ tranzystorowego mostka H, przeznaczony do sterowania obciążeniem przy małym napięciu zasilania, który znajduje zastosowanie na przykład w układzie sterowania siłownikiem elektrycznym grzejnikowym. Układ tranzystorowego mostka H do sterowania w obu kierunkach obrotu elektrycznym silnikiem (M), charakteryzuje się tym, że w obwód tranzystorów MOSFET P (T2, T4) włączone są równolegle identyczne dodatkowe tranzystory MOSFET N (T6, T7) gdzie źródło (S) tranzystora MOSFET P (T2, T4) połączone jest z drenem (D) dodatkowego tranzystora MOSFET N (T6, T7), natomiast dren (D) tranzystora MOSFET P (T2, T4) połączony jest ze źródłem (S) dodatkowego tranzystora MOSFET N (T6, T7), gdzie bramka (G) MOSFET N (T6) połączona jest poprzez rezystor R6 z wejściem IN2, a bramka (G) MOSFET N (T7) połączona jest poprzez rezystor R7 z wejściem IN1.
