Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania hybrydowych związków przeciwbakteryjnych na bazie flawonoidów, o wysokim potencjale antyoksydacyjnym, złożonych z flawonoidu i środka przeciwbakteryjnego — sulfonamidu, połączonych wiązaniem kowalencyjnym z jonem metalu dedykowanych do terapii zakażeń miejscowych i ran, szczególnie zmian trądzikowych i stanów zapalnych przyzębia. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także związki hybrydowe zawierające sulfonamid oraz flawonoid, połączone wiązaniem kowalencyjnym z jonami metalu, gdzie stosunek molowy sulfonamid:flawonoid:jon metalu wynosi 1:1:1. Sposób otrzymywania związków hybrydowych według wynalazku polega na tym, że do wodnego roztworu soli sulfonamidu dodaje się wodny lub kwasowy roztwór soli metalu i całość miesza do momentu wytrącenia osadu, po czym kolejno dodaje się alkoholowy roztwór flawonoidu, całość miesza się do momentu wytrącenia osadu, następnie pozostawia na czas od 10 do 12 godzin w temperaturze pokojowej, przy czym składniki: sulfonamid, flawonoid, jon metalu użyte w roztworach stosuje się w stosunku molowym 1:1:1, a otrzymany osad przesącza się i przemywa co najmniej 5-krotnie wodą lub w przypadku środowiska kwasowego reakcji, najpierw wodnym roztworem wodorowęglanu sodu, a następnie co najmniej 5-krotnie wodą, po czym osad suszy się w temperaturze pokojowej. Zgłoszenie dotyczy też zastosowania związków według wynalazku do leczenia lokalnych infekcji i ran.
