Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania elementów kompozytowych ceramika-metal z gradientem stężenia cząstek, z wykorzystaniem odlewania odśrodkowego według patentu nr Pat.234766, przy czym etap jednoczesnego dodawania proszku metalicznego i ceramicznego rozdziela się na dwa etapy, a mianowicie proszek ceramiczny dodaje się przed homogenizacją mieszaniny, zaś proszek metaliczny dodaje się po homogenizacji mieszaniny i po ochłodzeniu jej do temperatury nie większej niż 50°C.
