Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wiskoelastycznej biopianki poliuretanowej, w którym to sposobie komponent poliolowy zawierający mieszaninę polioli, substancję powierzchniowo-czynną, katalizator, przedłużacz łańcucha i wodę miesza się z komponentem izocyjanianowym, po czym wylewa do formy i sezonuje. Komponent poliolowy zawiera mieszaninę polioli, w skład której wchodzi 5% do 40% poliolu z tłuszczu zwierzęcego, od 0 do 37,5% mas. poliolu polieterowego na bazie sorbitolu, od 20% do 50% mas. reaktywnego wysokofunkcyjnego polioksyalikilenolu, 20% mas. poliolu polieterowego, kopolimeru blokowo-statystycznego tlenku etylenu i tlenku propylenu na bazie gliceryny. Wszystkie składniki komponentu poliolowego miesza się, po czym dodaje się do nich komponent izocyjanianowy z zachowaniem indeksu izocyjanianowego od 0,45 do 0,65, całość miesza się, wylewa do formy i sezonuje.The subject of the application is a method for producing viscoelastic polyurethane biofoam, in which a polyol component containing a mixture of polyols, a surfactant, a catalyst, a chain extender, and water is mixed with an isocyanate component, then poured into a mold and seasoned. The polyol component contains a mixture of polyols comprising 5% to 40% of an animal fat polyol, 0% to 37.5% by weight of a sorbitol-based polyether polyol, 20% to 50% by weight of a reactive, highly functional polyoxyalkylenol, 20% by weight of a polyether polyol, a glycerine-based block-statistic copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. All components of the polyol component are mixed, then the isocyanate component is added to them, maintaining an isocyanate index of 0.45 to 0.65, the whole is mixed, poured into a mold and cured.
