Abstract

Istotą wynalazku jest urządzenie pomiarowe, zwłaszcza do oceny rozkładu grubości wewnętrznego osadu w układach hydraulicznych, stanowiące fragment tego układu hydraulicznego, które charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z części (A) i części (B), tworzących obudowę o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym, wewnątrz której osadzony jest rozłącznie ustrój pomiarowy (P) zbudowany z dwóch bocznych wsporników mocujących, lewego i prawego, o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym i wewnętrznej średnicy (d), pomiędzy którymi osadzone są współosiowo pierścień pomiarowy (6), o wewnętrznej średnicy (d) oraz tuleja mocująca (5), przy czym tuleja mocująca (5) ma większą średnicę od średnicy pierścienia pomiarowego (6), natomiast pierścień pomiarowy (6) zawiera rowki obwodowe (6.3), w których osadzone są zwoje grzałki elektrooporowej (7), przy czym zwoje grzałki elektrooporowej (7) rozmieszczone są w dwóch oddzielnych sekcjach, lewej i prawej, pomiędzy którymi posadowione są promieniowo co najmniej dwa czujniki temperatury (8), których końce pomiarowe (e) są osadzone w nieprzelotowych otworach ścianki pierścienia pomiarowego (6), ponadto część (A) posiada wewnętrzne wybranie o średnicy wewnętrznej (dw) i płaszczyźnie bocznej (pA), a cześć (B) posiada wcięcie o średnicy wewnętrznej (dw) i płaszczyźnie bocznej (pB), gdzie ustrój pomiarowy (P) umieszczony jest pomiędzy płaszczyzną boczną (pA) wybrania części (A) a płaszczyzną boczną (pB) wcięcia części (B), ponadto część (A) posiada współosiowy otwór przelotowy o średnicy (d), a część (B) posiada współosiowy otwór przelotowy o średnicy (d).The essence of the invention is a measuring device, especially for assessing the distribution of internal deposit thickness in hydraulic systems, constituting a part of this hydraulic system, which is characterized in that it consists of part (A) and part (B), forming a housing with a circular cross-section, inside which a measuring system (P) is releasably mounted, consisting of two lateral mounting brackets, left and right, with a circular cross-section and an internal diameter (d), between which a measuring ring (6) with an internal diameter (d) and a mounting sleeve (5) are mounted coaxially, wherein the mounting sleeve (5) has a larger diameter than the diameter of the measuring ring (6), while the measuring ring (6) contains circumferential grooves (6.3), in which the coils of an electrofusion heater (7) are mounted, wherein the coils of the electrofusion heater (7) are arranged in two separate sections, left and right, between which at least two temperature sensors (8) are mounted radially, the measuring ends of which (e) are mounted in blind holes in the wall of the measuring ring (6), furthermore part (A) has an internal recess with an internal diameter (dw) and a lateral plane (pA), and part (B) has a recess with an internal diameter (dw) and a lateral plane (pB), wherein the measuring system (P) is placed between the lateral plane (pA) of the recess of part (A) and the lateral plane (pB) of the recess of part (B), furthermore part (A) has a coaxial through hole with a diameter (d), and part (B) has a coaxial through hole with a diameter (d).
