Abstract

Istotą wynalazku jest zintegrowany przyrząd do oceny rozkładu grubości osadu kamiennego w układach hydraulicznych, stanowiący fragment tego układu hydraulicznego, który składa się z części (A) i części (B), tworzących kształtkę hydrauliczną o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym i wewnętrznej średnicy (d), wewnątrz której osadzony jest rozłącznie ustrój pomiarowy (P) zbudowany z dwóch bocznych wsporników mocujących, lewego i prawego, o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym i wewnętrznej średnicy (d), pomiędzy którymi osadzone są współosiowo pierścień pomiarowy, o wewnętrznej średnicy (d) oraz tuleja mocująca, przy czym tuleja mocująca ma większą średnicę od średnicy pierścienia pomiarowego, natomiast na zewnętrznej powierzchni pierścienia pomiarowego, osadzone są dookoła dwie grzałki opaskowe, gdzie każda grzałka opaskowa zawiera zwoje drutu elektrooporowego, a pomiędzy obiema grzałkami opaskowymi posadowione są promieniowo co najmniej dwa czujniki temperatury, których końce pomiarowe (e) są osadzone w nieprzelotowych otworach ścianki pierścienia pomiarowego, ponadto część (A) posiada wewnętrzne wybranie o średnicy wewnętrznej (dw) i płaszczyźnie bocznej (pA), a cześć (B) posiada występ pozycjonujący o średnicy zewnętrznej (dz) i płaszczyźnie bocznej (pB), gdzie ustrój pomiarowy (P) umieszczony jest pomiędzy płaszczyzną boczną (pA) wybrania części (A) a płaszczyzną boczna (pB) występu pozycjonującego części (B), natomiast część (A) połączona jest rozłącznie z częścią (B) korzystnie śrubami poprzez kołnierze stałe, ponadto cześć (A) posiada na jednym końcu gwint albo kołnierz, a część (B) posiada na jednym końcu gwint albo kołnierz stały.The essence of the invention is an integrated device for assessing the distribution of scale deposit thickness in hydraulic systems, constituting a part of this hydraulic system, which consists of part (A) and part (B), forming a hydraulic fitting with a circular cross-section and an internal diameter (d), inside which a measuring system (P) is releasably mounted, composed of two lateral mounting brackets, left and right, with a circular cross-section and an internal diameter (d), between which a measuring ring with an internal diameter (d) and a mounting sleeve are mounted coaxially, wherein the mounting sleeve has a larger diameter than the diameter of the measuring ring, while on the outer surface of the measuring ring, two band heaters are mounted around them, where each band heater contains coils of electrofusion wire, and between both band heaters at least two temperature sensors are mounted radially, the measuring ends of which (e) are mounted in blind holes in the wall of the measuring ring, furthermore part (A) has an internal recess with an internal diameter (dw) and a lateral plane (pA), and part (B) has a positioning projection with an external diameter (dz) and a lateral plane (pB), wherein the measuring system (P) is placed between the lateral plane (pA) of the recess of part (A) and the lateral plane (pB) of the positioning projection of part (B), while part (A) is releasably connected to part (B), preferably by screws via fixed flanges, furthermore part (A) has a thread or a flange at one end, and part (B) has a thread or a fixed flange at one end.
