Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zintegrowany przyrząd pomiarowy, zwłaszcza do oceny rozkładu grubości wewnętrznego osadu w układach hydraulicznych stanowiący fragment tego układu hydraulicznego składa się z części (A) i części (B), tworzących kształtkę hydrauliczną o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym i wewnętrznej średnicy, wewnątrz której osadzony jest rozłącznie ustrój pomiarowy zbudowany z dwóch bocznych wsporników mocujących, lewego i prawego, o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym i wewnętrznej średnicy, pomiędzy którymi osadzone są współosiowo pierścień pomiarowy (6), o wewnętrznej średnicy oraz tuleja mocująca (5), przy czym tuleja mocująca (5) ma większą średnicę od średnicy pierścienia pomiarowego (6), natomiast pierścień pomiarowy (6) zawiera rowki obwodowe, w których osadzone są zwoje grzałki elektrooporowej, przy czym zwoje grzałki elektrooporowej rozmieszczone są w dwóch oddzielnych sekcjach, lewej i prawej, pomiędzy którymi posadowione są promieniowo co najmniej dwa czujniki temperatury, których końce pomiarowe są osadzone w nieprzelotowych otworach ścianki pierścienia pomiarowego (6), ponadto cześć (A) posiada wewnętrzne wybranie (4) o średnicy wewnętrznej i płaszczyźnie bocznej, a część (B) posiada występ pozycjonujący (3) o średnicy zewnętrznej i płaszczyźnie bocznej, gdzie ustrój pomiarowy umieszczony jest pomiędzy płaszczyzną boczną wybrania (4) części (A) a płaszczyzną boczną (pB) występu pozycjonującego (3) części (B), natomiast część (A) połączona jest rozłącznie z częścią (B), korzystnie śrubami (19) poprzez kołnierze stałe (2a) i (2b), ponadto część (A) posiada na jednym końcu gwint (15a) albo kołnierz stały, a część (B) posiada na jednym końcu gwint (15b) albo kołnierz słały.The subject of the application is an integrated measuring device, especially for assessing the distribution of internal deposit thickness in hydraulic systems, constituting a part of this hydraulic system, consisting of part (A) and part (B), forming a hydraulic fitting with a circular cross-section and internal diameter, inside which a measuring system is releasably mounted, consisting of two lateral mounting brackets, left and right, with a circular cross-section and internal diameter, between which a measuring ring (6) with an internal diameter and a mounting sleeve (5) are mounted coaxially, wherein the mounting sleeve (5) has a larger diameter than the diameter of the measuring ring (6), while the measuring ring (6) contains circumferential grooves in which the coils of an electrofusion heater are mounted, wherein the coils of the electrofusion heater are arranged in two separate sections, left and right, between which at least two temperature sensors are mounted radially, the measuring ends of which are mounted in blind holes in the wall of the measuring ring (6), furthermore part (A) has an internal recess (4) with an internal diameter and a lateral plane, and part (B) has a positioning projection (3) with an external diameter and a lateral plane, wherein the measuring system is placed between the lateral plane of the recess (4) of part (A) and the lateral plane (pB) of the positioning projection (3) of part (B), while part (A) is releasably connected to part (B), preferably by screws (19) via fixed flanges (2a) and (2b), furthermore part (A) has a thread (15a) or a fixed flange at one end, and part (B) has a thread (15b) or a sliding flange at one end.
