Abstract

Istotą wynalazku jest urządzenie diagnostyczne do oceny rozkładu grubości osadu w instalacjach rurociągowych, stanowiące fragment tej instalacji, który charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z części (A) i części (B), tworzących kształtkę hydrauliczną o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym i wewnętrznej średnicy(d), wewnątrz której osadzony jest rozłącznie ustrój pomiarowy (P) zbudowany z dwóch bocznych wsporników mocujących, lewego i prawego, o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym i wewnętrznej średnicy (d), pomiędzy którymi osadzone są współosiowo pierścień pomiarowy (6), o wewnętrznej średnicy (d) oraz tuleja mocująca (5), przy czym tuleja mocująca (5) ma większą średnicę od średnicy pierścienia pomiarowego (6), zewnętrznej powierzchni pierścienia pomiarowego (6), osadzone są co najmniej dwie nakładki grzejne, gdzie każda nakładka grzejna zawiera grzałkę elektrooporową (7) oraz centralnie umieszczony czujnik temperatury (8), przy czym każda nakładka grzejna osadzona jest tak, że koniec pomiarowy (e) czujnika temperatury (8) znajduje się w nieprzelotowym otworze ścianki pierścienia pomiarowego (6), ponadto cześć (A) posiada wewnętrzne wybranie o średnicy wewnętrznej (dw) i płaszczyźnie bocznej (pA), a część (B) posiada występ o płaszczyźnie bocznej (pB), gdzie ustrój pomiarowy (P) umieszczony jest pomiędzy płaszczyzną boczną (pA) wybrania części (A) a płaszczyzną boczną (pB) występu części (B), natomiast cześć (A) połączona jest rozłącznie z częścią (B) na gwint, ponadto część (A) posiada na jednym końcu gwint (15a) albo kołnierz stały, a część (B) posiada na jednym końcu gwint (15b) albo kołnierz stały.The essence of the invention is a diagnostic device for assessing the distribution of sediment thickness in pipeline installations, constituting a part of this installation, which is characterized in that it consists of part (A) and part (B), forming a hydraulic fitting with a circular cross-section and an internal diameter (d), inside which a measuring system (P) is releasably mounted, consisting of two lateral mounting brackets, left and right, with a circular cross-section and an internal diameter (d), between which a measuring ring (6) with an internal diameter (d) and a mounting sleeve (5) are mounted coaxially, wherein the mounting sleeve (5) has a larger diameter than the diameter of the measuring ring (6), the external surface of the measuring ring (6), at least two heating inserts are mounted, wherein each heating insert contains an electrofusion heater (7) and a centrally located temperature sensor (8), wherein each heating insert is mounted so that the measuring end (e) of the temperature sensor (8) is located in a blind hole a measuring ring wall (6), furthermore part (A) has an internal recess with an internal diameter (dw) and a lateral plane (pA), and part (B) has a protrusion with a lateral plane (pB), wherein the measuring system (P) is placed between the lateral plane (pA) of the recess of part (A) and the lateral plane (pB) of the protrusion of part (B), while part (A) is releasably connected to part (B) by a thread, furthermore part (A) has a thread (15a) or a fixed collar at one end, and part (B) has a thread (15b) or a fixed collar at one end.
