Abstract

Istotą wynalazku jest zintegrowany przyrząd do oceny rozkładu grubości osadu w układach hydraulicznych, stanowiący fragment tego układu hydraulicznego, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z części (A) i części (B), tworzących kształtkę hydrauliczną o przekroju poprzecznym okrągłym i wewnętrznej średnicy (d), wewnątrz której osadzony jest rozłącznie ustrój pomiarowy (P) zbudowany z pierścienia pomiarowego (6) o wewnętrznej średnicy (d), i modułu termoelektrycznego (7) oraz radiatora (5), przy czym pierścień pomiarowy (6) posiada co najmniej cztery wkładki (6.3), korzystnie w postaci walca, gdzie każda wkładka (6.3) osadzona jest w otworze nieprzelotowym pierścienia pomiarowego (6), ponadto każda wkładka (6.3) posiada w dolnej swej części boczny otwór nieprzelotowy, w którym osadzony jest czujnik temperatury (8), natomiast od góry wkładek (6.3), na styk do ich zewnętrznej powierzchni, osadzony jest współosiowo względem pierścienia pomiarowego (6), pierścieniowy moduł termoelektryczny (7), z kolei radiator (5) ma postać pierścienia, który osadzony jest współosiowo na pierścieniu zewnętrznym (7.1) modułu termoelektrycznego, ponadto część (A) połączona jest rozłącznie z częścią (B), korzystnie śrubami (19) poprzez kołnierze stałe (2a) i (2b), a część (A) posiada wewnętrzne wybranie (4) o średnicy (dw) i płaszczyźnie bocznej (pA), a część (B) posiada występ centrujący (3.1) o średnicy zewnętrznej (dz) oraz występ (3.2) o płaszczyźnie bocznej (pB), przy czym ustrój pomiarowy (P) umieszczony jest pomiędzy płaszczyzną boczną (pA) wybrania (4) części (A) a płaszczyzną boczną (pB) występu (3.2) części (B), ponadto część (A) posiada na jednym końcu gwint (15a) albo kołnierz stały, a cześć (B) posiada na jednym końcu gwint (15b) albo kołnierz stały.The essence of the invention is an integrated device for assessing the distribution of deposit thickness in hydraulic systems, constituting a part of this hydraulic system, characterized in that it consists of part (A) and part (B), forming a hydraulic fitting with a circular cross-section and an internal diameter (d), inside which a measuring system (P) is releasably mounted, composed of a measuring ring (6) with an internal diameter (d), a thermoelectric module (7) and a radiator (5), wherein the measuring ring (6) has at least four inserts (6.3), preferably in the form of a cylinder, where each insert (6.3) is mounted in a blind hole of the measuring ring (6), furthermore each insert (6.3) has in its lower part a lateral blind hole in which a temperature sensor (8) is mounted, while from the top of the inserts (6.3), in contact with their external surface, a thermoelectric ring module (7) is mounted coaxially with respect to the measuring ring (6), while the radiator (5) has the form a ring which is mounted coaxially on the outer ring (7.1) of the thermoelectric module, furthermore part (A) is releasably connected to part (B), preferably by screws (19) via fixed flanges (2a) and (2b), and part (A) has an internal recess (4) with a diameter (dw) and a lateral plane (pA), and part (B) has a centring projection (3.1) with an external diameter (dz) and a projection (3.2) with a lateral plane (pB), wherein the measuring system (P) is placed between the lateral plane (pA) of the recess (4) of part (A) and the lateral plane (pB) of the projection (3.2) of part (B), furthermore part (A) has a thread (15a) or a fixed flange at one end, and part (B) has a thread (15b) or a fixed flange at one end.
