Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest impedancyjno-ultradźwiękowy sensor do detekcji wad materiałowych posiadający szczęk z zamocowanymi do niej przetwornikami ultradźwiękowymi. Charakteryzuje się on tym, że składa się z dwóch przeciwległych, niezależnie zamocowanych szczęk (1, 2), pomiędzy którymi umieszczany jest badany detal, przy czym każda ze szczęk (1, 2) jest wyposażona w zestaw czterech przetworników ultradźwiękowych (2.1, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7) oraz czterech elektrod do pomiaru impedancji (2.2, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8), rozmieszczonych naprzemiennie w jednej płaszczyźnie. Przetworniki ultradźwiękowe (2.1, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7) są czujnikami piezoelektrycznymi zamocowanymi do podstawy szczęki (1, 2) poprzez użycie poduszek amortyzujących. Elektrody impedancyjne (2.1, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7) wykonane w formie powierzchni stykowych z gumy elektroprzewodzącej są mechanicznie zamocowane do podstawy sensora poprzez użycie poduszek amortyzujących. Korzystnie przetworniki ultradźwiękowe (2.1, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7) posiadają kształt cylindra. Elektrody impedancyjne (2.1, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7) posiadają kształt cylindra.
