Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wytłaczana folia wytworzona sposobem obejmującym etapy wytwarzania złożonej kompozycji przez zmieszanie: poliolefiny; pierwszego składnika, którym jest: glikol polietylenowy, monoester glikolu polietylenowego, diester glikolu polietylenowego, polikaprolakton, glikol polipropylenowy, monoester glikolu polipropylenowego, diester glikolu polipropylenowego, kopolimer glikolu polietylenowego i glikolu polipropylenowego, ester wytworzony z kopolimeru glikolu polietylenowego i glikolu polipropylenowego, kopolimer glikolu polietylenowego i polikaprolaktonu lub kopolimer glikolu polipropylenowego i polikaprolaktonu; drugiego składnika, którym jest związek zawierający fosfor o jednym z dwóch wzorów. We wzorze 1 każdy R1, R2, R3, R4 i R5 jest niezależnie wybrany i oznacza resztę C10-C18 alkilową; n jest liczbą całkowitą z zakresu od 3 do 11; a suma X1+X2 jest liczbą całkowitą z zakresu od 1 do 251, lub we wzorze 2 każdy R1, R2, R3 i R4 jest niezależnie wybrany i oznacza resztę C10-C18 alkilową; m jest liczbą całkowitą z zakresu od 3 do 11; x jest liczbą całkowitą z zakresu od 1 do 122; i trzeciego składnika, którym jest sól; przy czym złożona kompozycja jest wolna od związku zawierającego fluor; oraz wytwarzanie wytłaczanej folii ze złożonej kompozycji, przy czym folia ma mniej pęknięć stopowych w porównaniu do folii wytworzonej tym samym sposobem ze złożonej kompozycji, która jest w innym przypadku taka sama, ale nie zawiera pierwszego, drugiego i trzeciego składnika.
