Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw szafek meblowych, sluzacych do przechowywania obuwia i garderoby, skladajacy sie z szafki walcowej oraz z szafki graniastej z drzwiczkami rozwieranymi lub szufladami; Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztal- cie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni i ukladzie linii krawedzi, nadajacych jemu swoisty estetyczny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok zestawu szafek ukosem z boku, z drzwiczkami rozwie- ranymi, fig. 2 widok z przodu innej odmiany zestawu - z szufladami umieszczonymi kolumnowo, fig. 3 widok zestawu z góry. Zestaw szafek meblowych sklada sie z szafki walcowej 1 i szafki graniastej 2 z drzwiczkami rozwieranymi lub w odmianie z jedna albo wieloma szufladami umieszczo- nymi kolumnowo, przy czym pod dnami tych szafek przymocowane sa kolowe zestawy skretne 3, umozliwiajace ich przemieszczanie. Szafka walcowa 1 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma powierzchnie tworzaca podluzna i zaokraglona na bokach 4, przy czym z frontu szafki, centralnie, znajduja sie pojedynczedrzwiczki 5 lub szuflady 6 umieszczone kolumnowo. Natomiast owalny blat 7 szafki 1 jak i jej dno 8 wykonczone sa waskimi rantami 9 o wiekszym obrysie niz powierzchnia tworzaca szafki, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1,2 i 3. Szafka graniasta 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma kanciasta powierzchnie tworzaca o ostrych krawedziach 10, przy czy z frontu szafki znajduja sie podwójne rozwierane drzwiczki H lub podwójne szuflady 12 umieszczone kolumnowo. Natomiast wielokatny blat i dno 13 szafki 2 wykonczone sa równiez waskimi rantami 14 , jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, 2 i 3. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt szafek: walcowy i graniasty, odmienny od dotychczas znanych szafek przeznaczonych do przechowywania obuwia i garderoby. Szafki wykonane np. z blachy stalowej ocynkowanej ogniowo maja nowy uklad linii i estetyczny wyglad.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLSet of Furniture Cabinets The industrial design registration right has been in effect since September 2, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a set of furniture cabinets used for storing footwear and wardrobes, consisting of a cylindrical cabinet and a angular cabinet with swing doors or drawers. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, surface properties, and edge line arrangement, giving it a unique aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a diagonal side view of the set of cabinets, with swing doors; Fig. 2 shows a front view of another version of the set—with drawers arranged in columns; and Fig. 3 shows a top view of the set. The set of furniture cabinets consists of a cylindrical cabinet 1 and a prismatic cabinet 2 with swing doors or, in a variant, with one or more drawers arranged in columns, wherein swivel casters 3 are attached under the bottoms of these cabinets, enabling their movement. Cylindrical cabinet 1 is characterized by having a surface forming an elongated and rounded sides 4, while at the front of the cabinet, in the center, there is a single door 5 or drawers 6 arranged in columns. The oval top 7 of cabinet 1 and its bottom 8 are finished with narrow edges 9 with a larger outline than the surface forming the cabinet, as shown in the attached drawings Figs. 1, 2, and 3. The angular cabinet 2 is characterized by an angular surface forming with sharp edges 10, with the front of the cabinet having double hinged doors H or double drawers 12 arranged in columns. The polygonal top and bottom 13 of cabinet 2 are also finished with narrow edges 14, as shown in the attached drawings Figs. 1, 2, and 3. An important feature of the industrial design is the new shape of the cabinets: cylindrical and angular, different from previously known cabinets intended for storing shoes and wardrobes.
