Odizolowane przewody na mostach suwnic by¬ ly równiez powodem wypadków porazenia obslugi.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku usuwa powyzsze wady i zapewnia pelne bezpieczenstwo pozarowe i bezpieczne dla otoczenia warunki pracy. Voltage to electrical devices located on the crane carriage is most often supplied via trolleys consisting of bar or angle conductors with sliding current collectors in complex insulating equipment. This type of device, especially when the cranes operated under high vibrations and in dusty rooms, did not guarantee a constant electrical connection, causing large sparks, as a result of which the interconnected units were subject to rapid wear and sometimes destruction due to short circuits. Regardless of this, overhead cranes operating with these devices in rooms with high dust levels, gas hazards, etc. posed a fire hazard due to sparking, while overhead cranes operating outdoors in winter were subject to downtime due to de-icing of trolleys. Insulated wires on overhead crane bridges also caused accidents involving electric shock to the operators. The device according to the invention eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages and ensures full fire safety and safe working conditions for the environment. An exemplary design solution of the device according to the invention is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the device mounted on the overhead crane platform in a top view, Fig. 2 — the same device in a side view from the end carriage side, Fig. 3 — the device in a side view from the crane beam side, and Fig. 4 — fragment of the cable duct arrangement. The device according to the invention is installed on the bridge of an overhead crane, on which in the place 1 intended for the trolleys, light running rails 2 are placed along the bridge, on which the wheels 3 of the cable trolley 4 made in the shape of a frame, equal to half the length of the overhead crane bridge, roll. In the frame of the trolley 4, at both ends, two drums 9 are mounted, the diameter and width of which depend on the thickness of the cables used, between which an appropriately wide conveyor belt 10 is stretched, fastened with its ends in the middle of the platform 11, thus creating a closed circuit. The arm (guitar) 6 of the overhead crane trolley 7 is permanently fastened with a joint 12 in the middle of the length of the belt 10, so that the trolley 7 while moving in one or the other direction simultaneously drove the cable trolley 4. Flexible cables 5 were attached to the conveyor belt 10 with holders 8, the number and cross-sections of which depend on the current consumption of the electrical equipment located on the crane trolley 7, while the cables coming out of the cabin or contactor cabinets were connected in the center 30 of the platform 11. In order to eliminate the sag of the belt 4984749847 10, which occurs especially in long bridges, rollers 13 were used. PL PL
