Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia forme do pieczenia w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu, z boku i z tylu, fig.2- forme do pieczenia w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig.3- forme do pieczenia w widoku z boku, fig.4- forme do pieczenia w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- forme do pieczenia w widoku z góry, a fig.6- forme do pieczenia w widoku z dolu. Forma do pieczenia wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac plytki, która w widoku z góry i z dolu, ma zarys kola, przy czym w polupowierzchni plytki znajduje sie dwadziescia dziewiec dwusegmentowych wystepów odchodzacych ku dolowi oraz para uchwytów usytuowanych naprzeciw siebie przy krawedzi plytki. Kazdy uchwyt utworzony jest jako uwypuklenie czesci powierzchni plytki i ma w widoku z boku zarys trójkata rozwartokatnego. W dwusegmentowym wystepie, segment dolny ma ksztalt pólkuli, a segment górny ma ksztalt stozka scietego z dwunastoma wypuklosciami na scianie bocznej, sposród których trzy wieksze wypuklosci ulozone sa co 120°, zas mniejsze wypuklosci ulozone sa trójkami w trzech grupach usytuowanych naprzemiennie z wiekszymi wypuklosciami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.6.FIG. 1 FIG. 2FIG. 3 FIG. 4FIG. 5FIG. 6 PL PLCreator of the industrial design: Jan-Hendrik de Groote The right of registration of the design is valid from: 19 February 2003 Priority: 20 August 2002 (United States of America) The subject of the industrial design is a baking tin. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the baking tin in a perspective view from below, from the side, and from the back, fig. 2 - the baking tin in a perspective view from above, fig. 3 - the baking tin in a side view, fig. 4 - the baking tin in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - the baking tin in a top view, and fig. 6 - the baking tin in a bottom view. The industrial-design baking pan has the following key features: it is a plate-shaped structure, with a circular outline when viewed from above and below. The plate's half-surface area contains twenty-nine two-segment projections extending downward, and a pair of handles located opposite each other at the edge of the plate. Each handle is formed as a convex portion of the plate's surface and, when viewed from the side, has the outline of an obtuse triangle. In the two-segment projection, the lower segment has the shape of a hemisphere and the upper segment has the shape of a truncated cone with twelve protrusions on the side wall, of which three larger protrusions are arranged every 120°, while the smaller protrusions are arranged in threes in three groups arranged alternately with the larger protrusions, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
