Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel tapicerowany w formie kanapy do siedzenia i rozkladanej z przeznaczeniem do wypoczynku i spania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz wlasciwosciach powierzchni czesci tapicerowanych, która nadaje meblowi tapicerowanemu swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok mebla zlozonego, fig. 2 przedstawia mebel z rozlozonym oparciem do pozycji poziomejoraz na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 3 przedstawia mebel w ujeciu schematycznym. Istota rozwiazania jest ksztalt siedziska i oparcia oraz sposób ich polaczenia. Nowa postac mebla tapicerowanego wyraza sie tym, ze siedzisko w ksztalcie prostokata ma w tylnej czesci wypust, a oparcie ma Wyciecie dopasowane do wypustu w siedzisku nadajacym mu nowy plastyczny i oryginalny wyglad. Formy te wzajemnie sie uzupelniaja tworzac jednolita równa plaszczyzne do spania. Nowatorstwo rozwiazania wzoru przemyslowego polega równiez i na tym, ze siedzisko montuje sie na stale a ruchome jest tylko oparcie, które mozna opuszczac celem uzyskania powierzchni do spania. Rozkladanie kanapy do spania uzyskuje sie przez lekkie pociagniecie do przodu oparcia i nastepnie polozenie do tylu. Mozliwosc takiego rozkladania kanapy uzyskano przez odwrotne zamontowanie typowych podnosników, to jest: ramie siedziska jest zamocowane do oparcia a ramie oparcia zamocowane jest do siedziska. Pojemnik na posciel stanowi szuflada wysuwana spod siedziska. Mebel tapicerowany wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest funkcjonalny i wygodny w uzytkowaniu.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig. 3 PL PLUPHOLSTERED FURNITURE The industrial design registration right is valid from June 4, 2003. The subject of the industrial design is an upholstered piece of furniture in the form of a sofa for sitting and folding out, intended for relaxation and sleeping. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and the surface properties of the upholstered parts, which gives the upholstered furniture a unique and original appearance. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture assembled, Fig. 2 shows the furniture with the backrest folded to a horizontal position, and in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 3 shows the furniture in a schematic representation. The essence of the solution is the shape of the seat and backrest and the method of their connection. The new form of upholstered furniture is characterized by a rectangular seat with a projection at the rear, and a backrest with a cutout that matches the projection in the seat, giving it a new, plastic and original appearance. These forms complement each other, creating a uniform, even sleeping surface. The innovative industrial design also relies on the fact that the seat is permanently mounted, while only the backrest is movable, which can be lowered to create a sleeping surface. The sofa bed can be folded out by gently pulling the backrest forward and then folding it back. This folding feature is achieved by reversing the standard lifters: the seat arm is attached to the backrest, and the backrest arm is attached to the seat. The bedding storage is a drawer that slides out from under the seat. Upholstered furniture in an industrial design is functional and comfortable to use. Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PL
