Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do przechowywania róznych produktów. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- p`zedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku od góry, fig. 5 - pojemnik w widoku od dolu. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Pojemnik posiadajacy nakretke charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na obwodzie okraglej podstawy umieszczony jest pas malych elips tworzacych okrag, od podstawy po pólokregu pojemnik rozszerza sie ku górze do okolo 1/10 wysokosci od podstawy, po czym przez nastepne okolo 2/10 wysokosci zachowuje maksymalna szerokosc wieksza o okolo 1/5 od szerokosci podstawy. Nastepnie po prostej zweza sie przez nastepne okolo 3/10 wysokosci tworzac stozkowa czesc. Powyzej pojemnik przez okolo 2/10 wysokosci ma czesc zblizona do cylindrycznej z minimalnym rozszerzeniem ku górze, czesc ta jest o okolo 1/3 wezsza od podstawy. Po czym, zweza sie po skosie do szyjki, która to szyjka jest okolo dwukrotnie wezsza od maksymalnej szerokosci pojemnika W polowie wysokosci szyjki usytuowany jest pólokragly pierscien, którego srednica jest o okolo 1/3 mniejsza od srednicy podstawy. Pojemnik zamkniety jest cylindryczna nakretka o wysokosci zblizonej do 1/8 wysokosci pojemnika , a srednica zewnetrzna odpowiada srednicy zewnetrznej pierscienia. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the container in a front view, Fig. 3 - the container in a back view, Fig. 4 - the container in a top view, and Fig. 5 - the container in a bottom view. A significant feature of the subject industrial design is its different shape from previously known designs. The container with a cap is characterized by a band of small ellipses forming a circle around the circumference of the circular base. From the base, the container widens upward in a semicircle to approximately 1/10 of the height from the base, after which it maintains a maximum width of approximately 1/5 greater than the base width for approximately another 2/10 of the height. It then narrows in a straight line for approximately another 3/10 of the height, creating a conical section. Above, the container has a nearly cylindrical section for approximately 2/10 of its height, with minimal upward expansion. This section is approximately 1/3 narrower than the base. Then, it tapers diagonally to a neck, which is approximately twice as narrow as the maximum width of the container. Halfway up the neck is a semicircular ring, the diameter of which is approximately 1/3 smaller than the diameter of the base. The container is closed with a cylindrical cap with a height of approximately 1/8 of the container's height, and the outer diameter corresponds to the outer diameter of the ring.
