Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 08.10.2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z tworzywa sztucz- nego, zwlaszcza na produkty spozywcze. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie, proporcjach i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu od czola, fig. 2 - pojemnik w widoku od boku, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - pojemnik w widoku od dolu, fig. 5 - przykrywke pojemnika w wi- doku z góry i fig. 6 - fragment przykrywki w przekroju poprzecznym. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasobnikowy korpus i przykrywke laczona z obrzezem korpusu poprzez row- kowe uksztaltowania zatrzaskowe i zabezpieczona przed otwarciem plomba.Korpus ma powierzchnie boczna lekko rozszerzajaca sie ku górze, przy czym u podstawy powierzchnie prostopadla do denka, a nastepnie duzym promieniem przechodzaca w powierzchnie wypukla. Podluzne powierzchnie boczne maja dwa uksztaltowane prostopadle do podstawy wzmacniajace przegiecia scianki - jak pokazano na zalaczonym ry- sunku, fig. 1. Ponizej górnego obrzeza korpusu uksztaltowany jest oporowy pierscien w postaci waskiego obwodowego paska wzmocniony licznymi promieniowo rozmieszczonymi zeberkami - jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 4. Istota wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze górne i dolne krawedzie korpusu maja zarys owalu - jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 3. Zasobnikowy korpus ma proporcje wymiarów, gdzie dlugosc obrzeza jest w przyblizeniu 1,8 razy wieksza niz jego szerokosc, a dlugosc dna jest w przyblizeniu dwukrotnie wieksza niz jego szerokosc, natomiast wysokosc kor- pusu jest w przyblizeniu trzykrotnie mniejsza niz dlugosc obrzeza korpusu. Plomba ma ksztalt podluznego równoramiennego trapezu o dlugosci w przyblizeniu trzykrotnie mniejszej niz szerokosc obrzeza korpusu i jest przytwierdzona dolna czescia scianki do oporowego pierscienia korpusu - jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2. Na plombie jest napis OPEN. Przykrywka ma odwzorowany ksztalt obwodu obrzeza korpusu w postaci rowkowego wglebienia umozliwiajacego zaciskowe nalozenie jej na obrzeze korpusu, przy czym ma takze wewnetrzna obwodowa scianke zbiezna ku do- lowi i oddalona od rowkowego wglebienia - jak pokazano na zalaczonym ry- sunku, fig. 5 i 6. Pojemniki korzystnie wykonane sa z tworzywa przezroczystego. The subject of the industrial design is a plastic container, particularly for food products. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape, proportions, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front, Fig. 2 - the container from the side, Fig. 3 - the container from the top, Fig. 4 - the container from the bottom, Fig. 5 - the container lid from the top, and Fig. 6 - a fragment of the lid in cross-section. The industrial design container is characterized by a reservoir-like body and a lid connected to the body's rim by grooved snap-locks and secured with a seal. The body has a lateral surface that slightly widens upwards, with the base surface being perpendicular to the bottom, and then transitioning to a convex surface with a large radius. The longitudinal side surfaces have two walls shaped perpendicular to the base, reinforcing the bends - as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1. Below the upper rim of the body, a retaining ring is formed in the form of a narrow circumferential strip reinforced with numerous radially arranged ribs - as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 4. The essence of the industrial design is that the upper and lower edges of the body have an oval outline - as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 3. The reservoir body has dimensional proportions where the length of the rim is approximately 1.8 times greater than its width, and the length of the bottom is approximately twice as great as its width, while the height of the body is approximately three times smaller than the length of the body rim. The seal has the shape of an elongated isosceles trapezoid with a length approximately three times smaller than the width of the body rim and is attached by the lower part of the wall to the body's retaining ring - as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. The seal bears the inscription OPEN. The cover has a mapped shape of the body rim circumference in the form of a grooved recess enabling it to be clamped onto the body rim, and also has an inner circumferential wall tapering downwards and spaced from the grooved recess - as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 5 and 6.
