Podsadzarka wymaga czestego przestawia¬ nia w miare wykonywania podsadzki. Kazde prze¬ stawienie podsadzarki wymaga skrócenia, podlu- zenia badz calkowicie odmiennego ulozenia prze¬ nosnika. Dwa zespoly bebnowe stanowia¬ ce oba konce przenosnika sa ustawione w chod¬ nikach nadscianowym i podscianowym. W jednym z tych chodników znajduje sie przesyp kruszywa z innego przenosnika na dolny ciag tasmy prze¬ nosnika wchodzacego w sklad zespolu. W skladzie zespolu przykladowo umieszczo¬ no podsadzarke krazkowa. Równie dobrze moze to byc podsadzarka tasmowa badz dowolna inna maszyna, która wyrzuca kruszywo podsadzkowe w kierunku bocznym w stosunku do trasy jej przesuwu. Nad dolnym ciagiem 7 znajduje sie zwrot¬ nia 13 innego przenosnika, czyli przesyp kruszywa. PL PL PLPublished: 15.VII.1972 65314 KI. 5d,15/06 MKP E21f, 15/06 lLETNlA U Co-inventors: Stanisław Walkiewicz, Marian Pawlinski, Tadeusz Porada Patent owner: Zaklady Konstrukcyjno-Mechanizacyjne Przemyslu Węgielowego, Gliwice (Poland) Unit for backfilling The subject of the invention is a unit for backfilling using rock aggregate, consisting of a backfiller and a belt conveyor. Units consisting of a backfiller and a conveyor feeding aggregate to the backfiller are known. The backfiller requires frequent repositioning as the backfilling is performed. Each relocation of the proppant requires shortening, lengthening or a completely different positioning of the conveyor. The aim of the invention is to provide a proppant-conveyor assembly in which the conveyor, without shortening, lengthening or relocation, supports the proppant in any position along the specific proppant travel route. This objective was achieved according to the invention by adapting the conveyor to run along the entire proppant route and adapting the proppant to run the lower conveyor string through it. According to the invention, the belt conveyor has known drum assemblies, at least one of which is a drive unit, positioned at both ends of the proppant route, so that the length of the endless belt is adapted to the length of the entire proppant route. The lower conveyor string is guided along the floor on rollers placed in frames lying directly on the floor. These rollers can be omitted if the floor is suitable for direct belt sliding. The second string of the endless belt is guided by idlers suspended from the ceiling, possibly using a mining support. Above the lower string of the belt is a chute that doses aggregate onto it, or alternatively, a transfer from another conveyor. The backfiller has at least three drums mounted to guide the belt. One of them, located at the upper edge of the backfiller's feed hopper, forces the belt carrying the aggregate away from the floor, giving it an inclined direction and emptying the conveyor of the carried aggregate into the backfiller hopper. Two drums on either side of the backfiller, positioned at its base, guide the empty belt through a slot in the backfiller's base. Because the endless belt's lower end passes through the backfiller, and its upper return line passes over the backfiller, the backfiller's position along the conveyor is completely indifferent. It can be moved freely without interrupting its operation or the operation of the conveyor, as long as it does not move laterally beyond the conveyor line. Because the conveyor is aligned with the intended route of the backfiller, this limitation is not a defect of the unit. The unit according to the invention has various applications in mining. The most typical example is backfilling a longwall. Two drum assemblies, constituting both ends of the conveyor, are positioned in the over-wall and under-wall galleries. One of these galleries transfers aggregate from another conveyor onto the lower belt of the conveyor within the assembly. The proppant, mounted on a sled, is moved along the excavation, particularly uphill, using a winch positioned in the gallery or connected to the drum assembly. Moving the proppant along the entire length of the wall requires, at a minimum, adding frames with rollers placed on the floor behind the proppant and removing them in front of it. Depending on the type of floor, these frames may be unnecessary, or they may be needed only on the side of the backfill where the lower belt is loaded with aggregate. After moving the backfill along the intended route, the entire assembly is repositioned a certain distance perpendicular to the route closer to the face of the wall, which moves away as the seam is mined. For this purpose, the drum assemblies are placed on skids perpendicular to the conveyor route. The assembly according to the invention is shown in the drawing, which shows the assembly from a side view. For example, the assembly includes a disc backfill. It could equally well be a belt backfiller or any other machine that ejects backfill aggregate laterally relative to its travel route. The backfiller 1 has a base 2 equipped with skids and a horizontal slot for the belt. Drums 3, 4, and 5 are mounted on the backfiller to guide the lower run 6 of the conveyor belt. The part of the lower run loaded with aggregate rests on rollers 7 placed in frames resting on the floor. Drum 3 is located at a height above the edge of the feed tank of the proppant and is used to change the direction of the lower string 6 of the belt upwards and to empty it of the carried aggregate. Drums 4 and 5 are located at the base 2 of the proppant and are used to direct the lower string 6, already emptied, through a slot in the base 2 from one side of the proppant to its other side. The upper string 8 of the conveyor belt is guided on rollers 9 mounted under the ceiling. The conveyor belt endlessly runs through drum assemblies 10 and 11, of which at least one unit 11 is a drive unit and the other unit 10 is a return unit. Unit 11 is also equipped with a winch (not shown in the drawing) for pulling the filler 1 with lines 12. Above the lower run 7 there is a turning point 13 of another conveyor, i.e. an aggregate transfer point. PL PL PL
