Takie uksztaltowanie dolnej czesci komory prze¬ dzacej, umozliwiajace promieniowe odprowadzanie powietrza z komory, eliminuje zaklócenia w wi- 25 rowaniu pierscienia wlókien, poprawiajac jakosc wytwarzanej przedzy. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w przekroju wzdluznym, a fig. 2 urzadzenie 30 20 w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A — A na fig. 1.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z prze¬ dzacej komary 1 w ksztalcie walca, zamknietej z jednej strony przegroda 2 zaopatrzona w ka¬ naly 3 o dowolnym usytuowaniu i ksztaltach oraz umieszczony wspólsrodkowo w przegrodzie Z ka¬ nal 4 do odprowadzania przedzy. W niewielkiej odleglosci od przegrody 2 znajduja sie glówne kie¬ rownice 6 powietrza, usytuowane stycznie do we¬ wnetrznej scianki komory 1. Wewnatrz, w osi przedzacej komory 1 i w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do wirujacego pierscienia wlókien usytuowany jest kanal 7 doprowadzajacy wlókna do przedzacej ko¬ mory 1. Pozwala równiez skrócic do minimum dlugosc kanalu 7 doprowadzajacego wlókna, poprawia jakosc wy¬ twarzanej przedzy i ulatwia obsluge maszyny. Co-inventors of the invention: Ryszard Józwicki, Czesław Radom, Mieczysław Hertz Patent owner: Textile Institute, Łódź (Poland) Device for producing yarn from natural and chemical fibers The invention relates to an improvement of the device for producing yarn from natural and chemical fibers by the spinning method using a stationary vortex according to patent No. 66462. The device for producing yarn from natural and chemical fibers by the spinning method using a stationary vortex according to patent No. 66462 comprises a spinning chamber having the shape of a cylinder, connected on one side to a source of negative pressure, and on the other side a closed partition containing a concentric channel for discharging the produced yarn and screw channels on the circumference for supplying air to the spinning chamber. This chamber has air guides around its circumference and an outlet for the raw material supply channel. The device according to the invention differs from the device according to patent no. 66462 in that the lower end of the spinning chamber is shaped according to an Archimedes spiral of appropriate dimensions, and the fiber supply channel is cylindrical. or a truncated cone has an outlet in the zone of the main air guides. Such a shape of the lower part of the spinning chamber, enabling radial removal of air from the chamber, eliminates disturbances in the rotation of the ring of fibers, improving the quality of the produced yarn. The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the device in a longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 shows the device 20 in a cross-section along the line A—A in Fig. 1. The device according to the invention consists of a cylindrical spinning chamber 1, closed on one side by a partition 2 provided with channels 3 of any location and shape, and a channel 4 for yarn removal placed concentrically in the partition Z. At a short distance from the partition 2 there are the main air guides 6, situated tangentially to the inner wall of the chamber 1. Inside, in the axis of the spinning chamber 1 and in a plane perpendicular to the rotating ring of fibres, there is a channel 7 supplying fibres to the spinning chamber 1. The outlet of this channel is located at the height of the air guides 6. The part of the channel 7 located inside the spinning chamber 1 has a cylindrical shape or a truncated cone shape with a small convergence of the generating element towards the outlet. The other end of the spinning chamber 1 is connected through the air discharge element la and the suction pipe 5 to a device, not shown in the drawing, which generates the necessary negative pressure. The air discharge element la is shaped in the form of an Archimedean spiral, the minimum radius of which is equal to or greater than the internal radius of the spinning chamber 1. The cross-sectional area of the outlet of the air discharge element la is equal to or greater than the cross-sectional area of the spinning chamber 1 at the inlet to the element la. The "0" pole of the spiral forming the air discharge element la coincides with the axis of the spinning chamber 1. Through the element la The fiber supply channel 7 passes through the air discharge in such a way that its axis coincides with the "0" pole of the generating spiral of element la and the axis of the spinning chamber 1. Such a shape and location of element la ensures radial air discharge from the spinning chamber 1, which eliminates interference with the spinning of the fiber ring in the chamber 1 caused by the asymmetry of the vortex. It also allows to shorten the length of the fiber supply channel 7 to a minimum, improves the quality of the produced yarn and facilitates the operation of the machine. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
