Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka do zebów. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie szczotki do zebów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia szczotke do zebów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- szczotke do zebów w widoku od strony przedniego konca, fig.3- szczotke do zebów w widoku z góry, fig.4- szczotke do zebów w widoku od strony tylnego konca, fig.5- szczotke do zebów w widoku z dolu, a fig.6- szczotke do zebów w widoku z boku. Szczotka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca glowice z wlosiem oraz uchwyt, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc uchwytu stanowiaca glowice szczotki, która w widoku z góry ma zarys owalny, wyposazona jest w czterdziesci dwa koliste peczki wlosia, ulozone w szesc grup, w których pierwsza grupa zawiera szesc peczków wlosia, druga grupa zawiera trzy peczki, trzecia grupa zawiera cztery peczki srodkowe i dziesiec peczków ulozonych koliscie, czwarta grupa zawiera dwa peczki, piata grupa zawiera cztery peczki srodkowe i dziesiec peczków ulozonych koliscie, a szósta grupazawiera trzy peczki. Wysokosc peczków wlosia jest zróznicowana. Uchwyt szczotki jest profilowany w czesci poza glowica, przy czym tuz za glowica, w czesci przedniej, powierzchnia górna uchwytu wznosi sie lukowato ku górze, nastepriie w czesci srodkowej ma wglebienie na powierzchni, którego znajduje sie siedem ozdobnych, równoleglych wypuklosci o zarysach lukowatych, a w czesci tylnej powierzchnia górna uchwytu opada lekko skosnie ku jego tylnemu zaokraglonemu koncowi. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the toothbrush. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the toothbrush in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the toothbrush from the front end, Fig. 3 shows the toothbrush from above, Fig. 4 shows the toothbrush from the rear end, Fig. 5 shows the toothbrush from below, and Fig. 6 shows the toothbrush from the side. An industrial-design toothbrush, comprising a bristle head and a handle, has the following essential features: the handle portion, which constitutes the brush head, has an oval outline when viewed from above, and is equipped with forty-two circular tufts of bristles arranged in six groups, where the first group contains six tufts of bristles, the second group contains three tufts, the third group contains four central tufts and ten circular tufts, the fourth group contains two tufts, the fifth group contains four central tufts and ten circular tufts, and the sixth group contains three tufts. The height of the tufts varies. The brush handle is profiled in the part beyond the head, wherein just behind the head, in the front part, the upper surface of the handle rises upward in an arcuate manner, then in the middle part it has a recess on the surface of which there are seven decorative, parallel protrusions with arcuate outlines, and in the rear part, the upper surface of the handle falls slightly obliquely to its rear rounded end. Furthermore, in the middle of the lower surface of the handle there are a plurality of decorative arcuate protrusions separated by arcuate grooves, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 6.
