Opracowana konstrukcja umozliwia zastosowanie przedmiotowej kotwy do przenoszenia i transportu róznego rodzaju elementów budowla- nych, w tym charakteryzujacych sie duza wielkoscia oraz znaczna masa. Dodatkowo, zastosowanie zabków o ksztalcie falistym, trapezowym badz trójkatnym umozliwia uzyskanie trwalego polaczenia preta z elementem poprzecznym, niezaleznie od rodzaju zastosowa- nego preta w konstrukcji kotwy transportowej. Podczas transportu, kotwa odksztalca sie w miejscu kontaktu z betonem, a dzieki odpowiedniej plastycznosci jej wygietej czesci srodkowej, pekniecia betonu w tym miejscu sa minimalizowane. PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a transport anchor for lifting and transporting, particularly construction elements such as prefabricated walls with an air gap. Transport anchors for lifting and transporting construction elements are known in the art. Continuous work is underway to develop a structurally optimal and durable transport anchor that allows for the safe transport of increasingly larger and heavier construction elements, such as prefabricated walls, to the construction site. For example, the prior art document DE102016121271 describes a transport anchor for double-walled concrete elements. The anchor is made of a support shaped so that its arms are parallel to each other. This anchor is designed for installation in double-walled elements and is characterized by its anchor arms connected by a crossbar with an adaptable pressure element. The pressure element is made as a thermally insulated, hollow body. In turn, EP3029220B1 describes a transport anchor in which the pressure element is in the form of a crossbar and is attached at its ends to the transport anchor arms by welding. This pressure element is joined by spot welding, where the welding process locally changes and weakens the surrounding material, reducing the stability of the connection. Furthermore, document DE10038249B4 describes a transport anchor with a pressure element made of steel and welded to the anchor legs. During the transportation of double walls on the construction site, the forces acting on and loading these weak points of the anchor increase the risk of joint cracking, and thus subsequent excessive deformation of the lifting anchor is highly likely. Finally, patent application P35219 describes a transport anchor for hollow walls made of a rod with a curved central section and arms connected by a crossbar. The crossbar, in turn, contains recesses in which the rod arms are placed. Furthermore, in this solution, the crossbar also includes ends clamped onto the rod arms. Placing the rod arms in the crossbar recesses and clamping its ends onto the rod arms protects the crossbar from uncontrolled changes in position, for example, falling out, without the need for additional actions that would reduce the strength of the transport anchor, in particular, the formation of a welded or bonded joint. The purpose of the utility model is to solve the technical problem of providing a transport anchor design that will enable effective connection of the rod to the crossbar regardless of the type of rod used, particularly when using smooth rod suspensions. Furthermore, the goal is to provide a universal solution that can be used for lifting and transporting various types of construction elements, including those characterized by large size and significant weight. The utility model covers a transport anchor for lifting and transporting construction elements, particularly prefabricated hollow walls, made of a rod with a curved central section and two arms connected by a cross member containing two cutouts, in which both arms are placed and ends clamped to these arms. The essence of the utility model is that the first cutout and/or the second cutout have grooves forming serrations. In another embodiment of the utility model, the grooves forming the teeth have a wavy shape. In another embodiment of the utility model, the grooves forming the teeth have a trapezoidal shape. In another embodiment of the utility model, the grooves forming the teeth have a triangular shape. In another embodiment of the utility model, the teeth are located on the entire surface of the first cutout and/or the second cutout. In a preferred embodiment of the utility model, the transport anchor is made of a ribbed rod. In an equally preferred embodiment of the utility model, the transport anchor is made of a smooth rod. In another embodiment of the utility model, the cutouts are made along the longitudinal axis of the transverse element. In another embodiment of the utility model, the cutouts are made perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the transverse element. In an equally preferred embodiment of the utility model, both arms are parallel to each other. In a further embodiment of the utility model, the bent central part is bent into a shape similar to the letter V. In yet another embodiment of the utility model, the bent central part is bent into a shape similar to the letter U. In another embodiment of the utility model, the cross-member is mounted at the points connecting the arms to the bent central part. In an equally preferred embodiment of the utility model, the rod diameter is from 10 to 16 mm, most preferably when the rod diameter is 12 mm. In yet another embodiment of the utility model, the cross-member is made of a steel element with a quadrangular cross-section. In an equally preferred embodiment of the utility model, the cross-member is made of a steel element with a square cross-section. In another form of the utility model, the cross member is made of a steel profile. In another form of the utility model, the cross member is made of S235 steel. In an equally advantageous form of the utility model, the cross member is filled with polyurethane foam. The primary advantage of the utility model is providing a transport anchor design that allows for effective connection of the rod to the cross member, particularly when using smooth rod slings. Because the first and/or second cutout has grooves forming teeth, when bent, a stable connection between the rod and the cross member is ensured, regardless of the type of rod used, which is particularly important when using smooth rod slings. This solution is characterized by versatility and ensures a stable transport anchor design even when operating under demanding conditions, such as long-distance transport or handling heavy items. The developed design allows this anchor to be used for the handling and transport of various types of construction elements, including those characterized by large size and significant weight. Furthermore, the use of corrugated, trapezoidal, or triangular teeth allows for a permanent connection between the rod and the cross member, regardless of the type of rod used in the transport anchor's construction. Furthermore, the use of a cross member with recesses on the rod arms makes the anchor quick and easy to assemble. Another advantage of the transport anchor designed according to the utility model is the complete lack of mechanical interference with the material from which it is made (welding), which allows for the elimination of element joining methods that could weaken its durability, which is crucial due to the risk of accidents during the transport of large construction elements. No interference with the structure of the bent central part of the rod means that the original plasticity of the material, which is a very important parameter due to the nature of the operation of this part of the transport anchor, remains unchanged. During transport, the anchor deforms at the point of contact with the concrete, and thanks to the appropriate plasticity of its bent central part, concrete cracks at this point are minimized. The utility model is presented in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a front and side view of the transport anchor for hollow walls according to the first embodiment of the design; Fig. 2 shows the transport anchor in a cross-section along the A-A axis from Fig. 1 according to the first embodiment of the design; Fig. 3 shows, enlarged from B in Fig. 2, the end of the cross-member clamped on the anchor rod according to the first embodiment of the design; Fig. 4 shows a front and side view of the transport anchor for hollow walls according to the second embodiment of the design; Fig. 5 shows the transport anchor in a cross-section along the B-B axis from Fig. 4 according to a second embodiment of the formula; Fig. 6 shows an enlarged view of B from Fig. 5 of the end of the cross-element clamped onto the anchor rod according to the second embodiment of the formula; Fig. 7 shows the cross-element before clamping to the transport anchor rod; Fig. 8 shows a fragment C of the cross-element with visible wavy-shaped teeth; Fig. 9 shows a fragment C of the cross-element with visible trapezoidal teeth; Fig. 10 shows a fragment C of the cross-element with visible triangular teeth; Fig. 11 shows the cross-element before clamping to the transport anchor rod according to another embodiment of the formula. The transport anchor 1, for lifting and transporting building elements, in particular prefabricated walls, according to the utility model is made of a rod with a bent central part 2 in a shape similar to the letter V (in another form of the model it can be bent in a shape similar to the letter U) and parallel arms 3, 4, connected by a cross-member 5. The cross-member 5 further comprises recesses 6, 7 in which the arms 3, 4 and the ends 8 which are clamped on the arms 3, 4 are placed. The recesses 6, 7 are made along the longitudinal axis of the cross-member 5, and in another form of the model it is possible to position the recesses 6, 7 perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the cross-member 5. Additionally, the recess 6 and/or the recess 7 have grooves forming teeth 9. After bending the ends 8, the teeth 9 strengthen the connections of the cross-member 5 with the rod of the transport anchor 1. The teeth 9 may be arranged on at least one notch 6, 7, depending on the conditions in which the transport anchor 1 must operate. In the shown embodiment of the design, the teeth 9 are arranged on both notches 6, 7 of the cross-member 5 (fig. 7), ensuring maximum safety during the connection of the rod with the cross-member 5. Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment of the design, the teeth 9 may be arranged on the entire surface of the notch 6 and/or the notch 7 (fig. 11), ensuring stable pressure on the cross-member 5 evenly on each side of the rod. In particular, this is of significant importance during the transport of construction elements characterized by large masses and large dimensions. The teeth 9 can take any shape, for example, they can be wavy (Fig. 8), trapezoidal (Fig. 9), or triangular (Fig. 10). The use of teeth 9 with a specific profile allows for correct fitting of the cross member 5 to the appropriate rod, regardless of the type of rod used in the transport anchor 1. A smooth rod is used in the transport anchor 1, and a ribbed rod can also be used in a preferred pattern. The cross member 5 is made of a S235 steel profile with a quadrangular cross-section (25 x 25 x 2 profile), and in a preferred pattern, a square. The cross member 5 is mounted at the points connecting the arms 3, 4 with the bent central part 2, but in another design, its installation at a different height of the arms 3, 4 is also possible. The rod used has a diameter of 12 mm, but in other designs, rods with diameters from 10 to 16 mm are also permitted. In the preferred design, the cross member 5 is filled with polyurethane foam having thermal insulation properties. In the prefabrication plant, reinforcement and other elements used in the production of the wall, such as mounting anchors, spacers, and the arms 3, 4 of the transport anchor 1, are placed on the formwork panel, respectively, in each of the walls forming the hollow construction element. The entire assembly is then poured with a thin layer of concrete, permanently bonding the arms 3 and 4 of the transport anchor 1 to the structural element. The notches 6 and 7 feature serrations 9, which, when bent, ensure a stable connection between the rod and the cross member 5, regardless of the rod type used, making this a universal solution. This connection ensures the stability of the transport anchor 1 even under demanding operating conditions, and the developed design allows the anchor 1 to be used for handling and transporting various types of structural elements, including those characterized by large size and significant weight.
