Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sruba, zwlaszcza do mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac sruby przeja- wiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z jej ksztaltu i formy powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono srube w widoku ogólnym, oraz na za- laczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 2 - przedstawiono leb sruby w widoku z gó- ry a na fig. 3 przedstawiono leb sruby w odmianie nakrapianej metalem. Sruba, zwlaszcza do mebli charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo zarys walca z jednej strony gwintowanego, z drugiej zakonczonego soczew- kowym lbem o powierzchni uksztaltowanej w szczególny sposób. Sruba prezentowana na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 oraz fotografii fig. 2 stanowi walec metalowy na jednym koncu gwintowany na drugim posiada- jacy soczewkowy leb, którego powierzchnia jest uksztaltowana tak, jakby byla kuta. Powierzchnia lba sruby w odmianie moze uformowana tak jakby byla nakrapiana metalem jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the screw's original form, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape and surface form. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the screw, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 2 shows the screw head from above, and Fig. 3 shows the screw head in a metal-speckled variety. The screw, particularly for furniture, is characterized by its generally cylindrical shape, threaded on one end and terminated on the other with a lens-shaped head with a specially shaped surface. The screw shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photograph Fig. 2 is a metal cylinder threaded at one end and having a lens-shaped head at the other, the surface of which is shaped as if it were forged. The surface of the screw head in the variant can be formed as if it were speckled with metal, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 3. It is advantageous to apply aging and patinating techniques to the screw. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
