Dodatkowo lewa powierzchnia czolowa opakowania ma sciecie w postaci plaszczyzny, która po lukach przechodzi, w czesci górnej w pierscien tworzacy elementy zamykania opakowania, a w czesci dolnej w jego dno. Many different types of food containers are known, primarily made of plastics. These containers are characterized by their shape, surface properties, and, less frequently, color. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached prints, where Fig. 1 shows the container from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a perspective view from the bottom left, and Fig. 3 shows the container in a perspective view from the bottom right. Compared to known containers of this type, the container according to the design is characterized by a new, original form manifested in its shape. This container's overall shape resembles a boat. Its longitudinal cross-section is ellipsoidal, with its circumference decreasing smoothly from the top of the package towards the bottom. The bottom of the package is ellipsoidal, perpendicularly truncated at one of the smaller arcs. Furthermore, the packaging forming part of the package, connecting the bottom of the package with the closure surface, has distinct planes in the shape of two stylized inverted trapezoids on its side surfaces. Additionally, the left front surface of the package has a truncated plane that, along the arcs, transitions into a ring forming the package's closure elements in the upper section and into the bottom of the package. The second front surface is typical of the shape of a boat, with a slight arc in the lower part passing through to the bottom of the package. The essential features of the industrial design: the shape, which is manifested by the fact that the package generally resembles a boat, has an ellipse-shaped longitudinal cross-section, has a connecting element connecting the bottom of the package with the surface of its closure, which has distinct surfaces in the shape of two stylized inverted trapezoids on the side surfaces, and the fact that the left front surface of the packaging element has a chamfer in the form of a plane that, in the arcs, passes in the upper part into a ring forming the elements of the package closure, and in the lower part into its bottom, and that the second front surface is typical of the shape of a boat, with a slight arc in the lower part passing through to the bottom of the package, fundamentally distinguish this package on the market from known solutions of this type. Packaging based on this design can be widely used by producers of various types of salads, fish and fish preserves, and other food products with extended shelf lives, for distribution on the market.
