На фиг.1 показан продольный разрез направл ющего приспособлени шприца в первом примере выполнени изобретени ; на фиг.2 - продольный разрез направл ющего приспособлени во втором примере выполнени ; на фиг.З и 4 - виды в плане двух частей направл ющего приспособлени .
Устройство содержит скрепл емый со шприцем корпус 4, выполненный из металла . Корпус 4 имеет усеченноконусный упор (упорное основание) 1, вход щий в него по скольз щей посадке одним концом; нижний конец шприца 2, размещающегос внутри корпуса 4, окружен с соответствующим зазором упом нутым упором. Через стенку корпуса 4 проходит регулировочно-устано- вочный винт 3, который служит дл фиксации упора 1 в определенном положении внутри корпуса 4. Другой конец шприца 2, имеющий перпендикул рно отход щие, поперечные лакт-приливы, скрепл ютс с деталью 6, котора входит по скольз щей посадке в тыльный конец корпуса 4 и котора отжимаетс вперед пружиной 9, упирающейс , во-первых, в заплечик детали 6 и, во-вторых, в кольцевой обод корпуса 4. Снаружи на корпусе 4 смонтировано кольцо 5, в котором имеетс шариковый толкатель 8, который проходит поперечно через отверстие корпуса 4 и отжимает гильзовую деталь 6 к противоположной стороне корпуса 4. С этой стороны стенка корпуса 4 имеет упорную кромочную часть 14, в которую упираетс конец детали 6, котора , наход сь в таком положении, сжимает пружину 9. Помимо этого в кольцо 5 входит поперечный палец, расположенный диаметрально противоположно толкателю 8, проход щий через стенку корпуса 4 и взаимодействующий с деталью 6. При сжатии кольца 5 по этому пальцу деталь 6 отходит от упорной кромки 14, в результате чего пружина 9 перемещает шприц влево (по отношению к плоскости фиг.1). Подвижна часть 6 скрепл етс со шприцем 2 при помощи фиксационной головки , образованной кольцевым ободком детали 6 и скольз щей пластиной 12, между которыми зажимаютс поперечно отход щие лапки шприца; более подробно эти конструкционные части рассматриваютс ниже применительно к фиг.З и 4.
Конструкци работает следующим образом . Винт 3 служит дл регулировани положени упора 1, которое соответствует необходимой глубине ввода иглы в кожу; после такой позиционной регулировки шприц 2, заполненный лекарственным препаратом , вставл ют в гильзовую деталь 6 и корпус 4, при этом лапки шприца фиксируютс на кольцевом ободке детали 6 при помощи пластины 12; после этого деталь 6 отт гиваетс вправо (относительно изображени на фиг.1), сжима пружину 9, при этом левый конец указанной детали упираетс в кромку 14. При применении шприца упор 1 устанавливают в соответствующее
место на поверхности тела пациента так, что
вс шприцева сборка располагаетс перпендикул рно , и затем нажимает на кольцо 5 в соответствующем направлении дл рас- фиксаций детали 6, в результате чего игла 11
5 подаетс вперед и внедр етс в кожу под действием освобожденной пружины 9. После этого дл осуществлени иньекции лекарственного препарата требуетс всего лишь нажать пальцем на поршень шприца.
0 в примере выполнени , показанном на фиг.2, скольз ща деталь 6, охватыва снаружи корпус 4, удерживаетс в фиксированном положении при сжатии пружины 9 коромыслом 13, смонтированным шарнир5 но с внешней стороны корпуса 4. На фиг.З и 4 более нагл дно показана форма детали 6 и пластины 12. Как показано на фиг.З, в кольцевом ободке детали 6 имеютс два диаметрально противоположных углублени
0 под лапки (приливы) шприца 2. Пластинчата деталь 12, изображенна на фиг.4, монтируетс с возможностью скольз щего перемещени в поперечном направлении по указанному ободку детали 6 и может нз5 ходитьс в двух рабочих положени х; первом , при котором она перекрывает лапки шприца, фиксиру его таким образом относительно детали 6, и втором, при котором лапки и корпус шприца могут свободно про0 ходить через соответствующий вырез в пластинчатой детали 12. Таким образом шприц скрепл етс с деталью 6 или освобождаетс от нее исключительно за счет скольз щего перемещени пластинчатой детали 12 из од5 ного положени в другое по кольцевому ободку детали 6.
Claims (1)
- Формула изобретени Устройство дл самоиньекции, содержащее цилиндрический корпус, в нижней0 части которого закреплен скольз щий упор, выполненный в виде основани с регулировочным винтом, установленную в корпусе по скольз щей посадке подпружиненную цилиндрическую деталь с размещенным в5 ней шприцем, при этом цилиндрическа деталь расположена в пружине, котора установлена с возможностью контакта с верхним торцом корпуса в положении сжати , и размещенное снаружи корпуса средство фиксации цилиндрической детали, о тСличающеес тем, что. с целью повыше- |ни надежности устройства, средство фик- сации цилиндрической детали выполнено в | виде охватывающего корпус неподвижного кольца, на диаметрально противоположных концах которого расположены толкатель и поперечный палец, а на внутренней поверхности цилиндрического корпуса, со стороны пальца выполнен упор в виде выступа, накотором размещен торец цилиндрической детали в положении сжати пружины, а шариковый фиксатор установлен поперечно через отверстие в корпусе с возможностью прижати цилиндрической детали к выступу , при этом поперечный палец установлен через соответствующее отверстие в корпусе с возможностью контакта с цилиндрической деталью и выведени ее из выступа.J 4 -5 I1г I , raj /гН /„.УУУЬ/i У ТТЛ ЛУЦjC L Г -УЛШJV бЈ4У 1 уч 11 д 1 ч jj aГГ „ „ f1 Г1 IILJ LIL -g А I1 ЧГ7777777%Фиг . 2Фиг.111пл
