- Способ определения концентрации гепарина, основанный на определении скорости гидролиза хромогенного субстрата тромбином, отличающийся тем, что применяют тромбин с активностью 0,5-0,6 Ед/мл, и в качестве хромогенного субстрата используют субстрат z-Ala-Ala-Arg-pNA. HBr.
