Claims (10)

1. Автомобильная компьютерная система контроля и управления, ограничивающая использование радиотелефона в движущемся автомобиле (10) и имеющая средства (13) для определения момента, в который скорость автомобиля становится больше некоторого заданного максимально допустимого для пользования радиотелефоном значения, находящееся в автомобиле устройство (14) для излучения передаваемого по беспроводному каналу сигнала на блокирование или отключение радиотелефона при движении автомобиля со скоростью, превышающей указанное заданное максимально допустимое значение, радиотелефон (12), оснащенный средствами (51) для выявления факта использования водителем радиотелефона и датчиком (13) для детектирования указанного передаваемого по беспроводному каналу сигнала на блокирование или отключение радиотелефона при его использовании, и средства для ограничения использования водителем радиотелефона в ответ на детектированный указанным датчиком (13) сигнал, отличающаяся наличием средств для блокирования или отключения радиотелефона при движении автомобиля со скоростью, превышающей заданное максимально допустимое значение, средств для хранения набора телефонных номеров экстренного вызова и средств, разрешающих сделать звонок с заблокированного или отключенного радиотелефона по любому из набора телефонных номеров экстренного вызова.
2. Автомобильная компьютерная система контроля и управления по п.1, в которой находящееся в автомобиле устройство для посылки передаваемого по беспроводному каналу сигнала на блокирование или отключение радиотелефона излучает инфракрасный сигнал.
3. Автомобильная компьютерная система контроля и управления по п.2, в которой датчиком для детектирования передаваемого по беспроводному каналу сигнала на блокирование или отключение радиотелефона является датчик инфракрасного излучения, способный воспринимать указанный инфракрасный сигнал.
4. Автомобильная компьютерная система контроля и управления по п.3, в которой находящееся в автомобиле устройство для посылки передаваемого по беспроводному каналу сигнала на блокирование или отключение радиотелефона излучает инфракрасный сигнал в виде направленного в сторону водителя (11) узкого луча, при этом такой излучаемый в виде узкого луча сигнал детектируется только при использовании радиотелефона водителем автомобиля.
5. Автомобильная компьютерная система контроля и управления по п.1, которая имеет также средства для уведомления водителя о блокировании или отключении радиотелефона по истечении короткого периода времени с момента, в который скорость автомобиля превысила заданное максимально допустимое значение, и средства для задержки момента блокирования или отключения радиотелефона на этот короткий период времени.
6. Автомобильная компьютерная система контроля и управления по п.1, в которой средства для ограничения использования радиотелефона (12) при движении автомобиля со скоростью, превышающей заданное максимально допустимое значение, содержат средства для передачи компании-оператору (57) радиотелефонной связи уведомления, на основании которого эта компания-оператор (57) радиотелефонной связи может повысить тариф на телефонные переговоры, которые ведутся водителем при движении автомобиля со скоростью, превышающей заданное максимально допустимое значение.
7. Автомобильная компьютерная система контроля и управления по п.6, в которой указанные средства для передачи уведомления компании-оператору (58) радиотелефонной связи содержат средства для передачи наряду с речевой информацией во время использования водителем радиотелефона дополнительной информации о движении автомобиля со скоростью, превышающей заданное максимально допустимое значение.
8. Автомобильная компьютерная система контроля и управления по п.1, которая имеет также средства, разрешающие прием входящего телефонного вызова, адресованного на заблокированный или отключенный радиотелефон, и средства для отключения этого входящего телефонного вызова по истечении короткого заданного периода времени (55).
9. Осуществляемый под управлением компьютера способ ограничения использования радиотелефона (12) в движущемся автомобиле (10), заключающийся в том, что с помощью автомобильной системы контроля и управления определяют (13) момент, в который скорость автомобиля становится больше некоторого заданного значения, выявляют (51) факт использования радиотелефона водителем (11) автомобиля и ограничивают выявленное использование радиотелефона (12) водителем автомобиля, если скорость автомобиля превышает (52) заданное максимально допустимое для пользования радиотелефоном значение.
10. Осуществляемый под управлением компьютера способ ограничения использования радиотелефона (12) в движущемся автомобиле по п.12, в котором далее при движении автомобиля со скоростью, превышающей (52) заданное значение, излучают (14) направленный в сторону водителя автомобиля сигнал, этот излучаемый сигнал принимают (13) на радиотелефон при его использовании водителем автомобиля и при детектировании этого излучаемого сигнала ограничивают (54) использование радиотелефона водителем автомобиля.
