Abstract
1. Твердый, не растворимый в углеводородах компонент катализатора, используемый при полимеризации олефинов, причем названный компонент катализатора содержит магний, титан и галоген и дополнительно содержит внутренний донор электронов, имеющий структуру[R-O-C(O)-O-]R,где Rнезависимо в каждом случае представляет алифатическую или ароматическую углеводородную или замещенную углеводородную группу, содержащую от 1 до 20 атомов углерода; х равен 2-4 и Rпредставляет алифатическую или ароматическую углеводородную или замещенную углеводородную группу, содержащую от 1 до 20 атомов углерода, при условии, что в самой короткой цепи, соединяющей первую R-O-C(O)-О- группу и вторую R-O-C(О)-О- группу, содержится 2 атома.2. Компонент катализатора по п.1, где каждый Rпредставляет алифатический углеводород.3. Компонент катализатора по п.1, где каждый Rпредставляет ароматический углеводород.4. Claims (15)
1. Твердый, не растворимый в углеводородах компонент катализатора, используемый при полимеризации олефинов, причем названный компонент катализатора содержит магний, титан и галоген и дополнительно содержит внутренний донор электронов, имеющий структуру
[R1-O-C(O)-O-]xR2,
где R1 независимо в каждом случае представляет алифатическую или ароматическую углеводородную или замещенную углеводородную группу, содержащую от 1 до 20 атомов углерода; х равен 2-4 и R2 представляет алифатическую или ароматическую углеводородную или замещенную углеводородную группу, содержащую от 1 до 20 атомов углерода, при условии, что в самой короткой цепи, соединяющей первую R1-O-C(O)-О- группу и вторую R1-O-C(О)-О- группу, содержится 2 атома.
2. Компонент катализатора по п.1, где каждый R1 представляет алифатический углеводород.
3. Компонент катализатора по п.1, где каждый R1 представляет ароматический углеводород.
4. Компонент катализатора по п.1, где R2 представляет 1,2-замещенный фенильный фрагмент.
5. Компонент катализатора по п.1, где R2 представляет 1,2- или 3,4-замещенный нафтильный фрагмент.
6. Компонент катализатора по п.1, где R2 представляет линейный или разветвленный алкильный радикал, при условии, что в самой короткой цепи, соединяющей первую R1-O-C(О)-О- группу и вторую R1-O-C(O)-O- группу, содержится 2 атома.
7. Компонент катализатора по пп.4-6, где каждый R1 представляет алифатическую или ароматическую углеводородную группу.
8. Компонент катализатора по пп.4-6, где каждый R1 представляет этил или фенил.
9. Компонент катализатора по п.1, где внутренний донор электронов содержит одно из следующих соединений: 5-трет-бутил-3-метил-1,2-фенилендикарбонат, 5-трет-бутил-3-метил-1,2-фенилендифенилдикарбонат или 3,5-диизопропил-1,2-фенилендиэтилдикарбонат.
10. Компонент катализатора по любому из пп.1-6 и 9, который необязательно объединен с одним компонентом SCA, смешанным компонентом SCA или агентом ограничения активности.
11. Компонент катализатора по п.10, где смешанный компонент SCA содержит агент ограничения активности или сложный органический эфир в качестве компонента.
12. Компонент катализатора по п.11, который необязательно объединен с алюминийорганическим соединением.
13. Способ полимеризации олефина, включающий контактирования олефина с компонентом катализатора, содержащим магний, титан и галоген, и дополнительно содержащим внутренний донор электронов, имеющий структуру
[R1-O-C(O)-O-]xR2,
где R1 независимо в каждом случае представляет алифатическую или ароматическую углеводородную или замещенную углеводородную группу, содержащую от 1 до 20 атомов углерода; х равен 2-4 и R2, представляет алифатическую или ароматическую углеводородную или замещенную углеводородную группу, содержащую от 1 до 20 атомов углерода, при условии, что в самой короткой цепи, соединяющей первую R1-O-C(O)-O- группу и вторую R1-O-C(O)-O- группу, содержится 2 атома.
14. Способ полимеризации олефина, включающий осуществление контактирования олефина с компонентом катализатора по любому из пп.2-12.
15. Соединение, подходящее для применения в качестве внутреннего донора электронов, имеющее структуру
[R1-O-C(O)-O-]xR2,
