Claims (34)
1. Композиция, содержащая эффективное количество бактериальной композиции, содержащей по меньшей мере первый тип выделенной бактерии и второй тип выделенной бактерии, и указанные первый тип и второй тип не являются идентичными, и где i) первый тип способен образовывать споры и второй тип способен образовывать споры, или ii) только один тип из первого типа и второго типа способен образовывать споры, или iii) первый тип и второй тип не являются спорами или об их способности образовывать споры нет данных, при этом по меньшей мере один тип из первого типа и второго типа способен уменьшать и/или ингибировать рост и/или колонизацию по меньшей мере одного типа патогенных бактерий и/или первый тип и второй тип способны к функциональному заселению желудочно-кишечного тракта субъекта, представляющего собой человека.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бактериальная композиция содержит по меньшей мере приблизительно 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 или 15 типов выделенных бактерий.
3. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанные первый тип выделенной бактерии и второй тип выделенной бактерии выбирают из таблицы 1.

Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что первый тип выделенной бактерии и второй тип выделенной бактерии независимым образом включают бактерии, которые содержат последовательность 16S рДНК, по меньшей мере на 95% идентичную последовательности 16S рДНК, присутствующей в бактерии, выбранной из таблицы 3.
5. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что комбинация первого типа и второго типа является: i) цитотоксичной, ii) цитостатической, iii) способна снижать рост патогенной бактерии, iv) способна ингибировать рост патогенной бактерии, v) способна уменьшать колонизацию патогенной бактерии, vi) способна ингибировать колонизацию патогенной бактерии или vii) соответствует любой комбинации i)-vi).
6. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанная комбинация способна ингибировать пролиферацию патогенных бактерий, присутствующих в концентрации, по меньшей мере равной, по меньшей мере приблизительно в два раза превышающей или по меньшей мере приблизительно в десять раз превышающей концентрацию комбинации первого типа и второго типа.
7. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанную патогенную бактерию выбирают из группы, состоящей из Clostridium, устойчивых к ванкомицину энтерококков (VRE), Klebsiella, Enterocococcus, устойчивых к карбапенемам энтеробактерий (CRE),
Yersinia, Vibrio, Treponema, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Shigella, Salmonella, Rickettsia, Orientia, Pseudomonas, Neisseria, Mycoplasma, Mycobacterium, Listeria, Leptospira, Legionella, Helicobacter, Haemophilus, Francisella, Escherichia, Ehrlichia, Enterococcus, Coxiella, Corynebacterium, Chlamydia, Chlamydophila, Campylobacter, Burkholderia, Brucella, Borrelia, Bordetella, Bifidobacterium, Bacillus, бактерий с множественной лекарственной устойчивостью и устойчивых к бета-лактамным антибиотикам энтерококков с бета-лактамазами расширенного спектра (ESBL).
8. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что по меньшей мере один тип из первого типа и второго типа способен снижать скорость роста по меньшей мере одного типа патогенных бактерий, является цитотоксичным по меньшей мере к одному типу патогенных бактерий или является цитостатическим по меньшей мере к одному типу патогенных бактерий.
9. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанные первый тип и второй тип включают разные виды, разные роды, разные операционные таксономические единицы (OTUs), разные семейства, разные порядки.
10. Композиция по любому из пп. 1, 2, 6 или 7, отличающаяся тем, что указанной функциональное заселение желудочно-кишечного тракта включает снижение числа одного или большего количества типов патогенных бактерий в желудочно-кишечном тракте и/или увеличение количества одной или большего количества непатогенных бактерий в желудочно-кишечном тракте.
11. Однократная единица дозы, содержащая композицию по любому из пп. 1-10.

Набор, содержащий в одном или большем количестве контейнеров: первую очищенную популяцию первого типа бактериальных спор, по существу не содержащую жизнеспособных вегетативных бактериальных клеток; и вторую очищенную популяцию второго типа бактериальных спор, по существу не содержащую жизнеспособных вегетативных бактериальных клеток, при этом указанные первый тип и второй тип бактериальных спор не являются идентичными, и при этом указанные первый тип и второй тип бактериальных спор, при колокализации в целевой области желудочно-кишечного тракта нуждающегося в этом субъекта, представляющего собой человека, способны к функциональному заселению желудочно-кишечного тракта.
13. Фармацевтический состав, содержащий эффективное количество композиции по любому из пп. 1-10, и дополнительно содержащий эффективное количество антибактериального агента, фунгицидного агента, противовирусного агента или антипаразитарного агента.
14. Съедобный продукт, представляющий собой пищевой продукт или пищевую добавку, или напиток или добавку для напитка и содержащий первую очищенную популяцию первого типа бактериальных спор и вторую очищенную популяцию второго типа бактериальных спор, где указанные первый тип и второй тип бактериальных спор не являются идентичными, и при этом указанный съедобный продукт по существу не содержит жизнеспособных вегетативных бактериальных клеток, и указанные первый тип и второй тип бактериальных спор, при введении нуждающемуся в этом субъекту, представляющему собой человека, способны к функциональному заселению желудочно-кишечного тракта субъекта-человека.
15. Бактериальная композиция, содержащая по меньшей мере первый тип выделенной бактерии и второй тип выделенной бактерии, причем:
i) указанные первый тип и второй тип независимым образом способны образовывать споры;
ii) только один тип из первого типа и второго типа способен образовывать споры; или
iii) ни первый тип, ни второй тип не способны образовывать споры,
при этом указанные первый тип и второй тип не являются идентичными, и при этом по меньшей мере один тип из первого типа и второго типа оказывает ингибирующий эффект на патогенную бактерию, присутствующую в желудочно-кишечном тракте субъекта, представляющего собой человека, для применения в способе ингибирования патогенной бактерии, присутствующей в желудочно-кишечном тракте субъекта, так что количество патогенных бактерий, присутствующих в желудочно-кишечном тракте детектируемо не увеличивается или детектируемо уменьшается на протяжении периода времени.
16. Композиция для применения по п. 15, где у субъекта, представляющего собой человека, диагностирован дисбиоз желудочно-кишечного тракта.
17. Композиция для применения по п. 15, где у субъекта-человека диагностирована инфекция патогенной бактерией, выбранной из группы, состоящей из Clostridium, устойчивых к ванкомицину энтерококков (VRE), Klebsiella, Enterocococcus, устойчивых к карбапенемам энтеробактерий (CRE), Yersinia, Vibrio, Treponema, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Shigella, Salmonella, Rickettsia, Orientia, Pseudomonas, Neisseria, Mycoplasma, Mycobacterium, Listeria, Leptospira, Legionella, Helicobacter, Haemophilus, Francisella, Escherichia, Ehrlichia, Enterococcus, Coxiella, Corynebacterium, Chlamydia, Chlamydophila, Campylobacter, Burkholderia, Brucella, Borrelia, Bordetella, Bifidobacterium, Bacillus, бактерий с множественной лекарственной устойчивостью и устойчивых к бета-лактамным антибиотикам энтерококков с бета-лактамазами расширенного спектра (ESBL).
18. Композиция для применения по любому из пп. 15-17, где указанную бактериальную композицию вводят одновременно, до введения или после введения с i) антибиотиком, ii) пребиотиком или iii) комбинацией i) и ii).
19. Бактериальная композиция согласно любому из пп. 1, 2, 6 или 7 для применения в способе функционального заселения желудочно-кишечного тракта субъекта, представляющего собой человека.
20. Композиция для применения согласно п. 19, где указанная бактериальная композиция состоит по существу из спор, при этом указанные споры содержат споры первого типа выделенных бактерий и споры второго типа выделенных бактерий.
21. Композиция для применения согласно п. 19, где указанное функциональное заселение желудочно-кишечного тракта включает предотвращение, лечение, снижение степени тяжести или уменьшение одного или большего количества симптомов дисбиоза желудочно-кишечного тракта.
22. Фармацевтический состав, содержащий эффективное количество композиции по любому из пп. 1-10 для применения в способе снижения количества патогенных бактерий, присутствующих в желудочно-кишечном тракте субъекта-человека, таком что количество патогенных бактерий, присутствующих в желудочно-кишечном тракте субъекта-человека, снижается в течение приблизительно одного месяца введения указанного фармацевтического состава.
23. Способ получения съедобного продукта, включающий комбинирование со съедобным носителем первой очищенной популяции, содержащей по меньшей мере первый тип выделенной бактерии, и второй очищенной популяции, содержащей по меньшей мере второй тип выделенной бактерии, причем:
i) указанные первый тип и второй тип независимым образом способны образовывать споры;
ii) только один тип из первого типа и второго типа способен образовывать споры; или
iii) ни первый тип, ни второй тип не способны образовывать споры,
при этом указанные первый тип и второй тип бактерий не являются идентичными, при этом указанный съедобный продукт по существу не содержит веществ, не пригодных в пищу.
24. Композиция по любому из пп. 1, 2, 6 или 7, для применения в способе снижения численности патогенна в желудочно-кишечном тракте пациента
25. Композиция по любому из пп. 1, 2, 6 или 7, для применения в способе лечения диареи.
