Claims (1)

  1. Кристаллизующаяся очищенная хондроитиназа ABC с молекулярной массой около 100000 получена методом электрофореза с использованием додецилсульфата натрия - полиакриламидного геля (SDS - PAGE) и методом гельпроникающей хроматографии содержит аланин в качестве N -концевой аминокислоты и пролин в качестве C - концевой аминокислоты. Способ очистки кристаллизующейся очищенной хондроитиназы ABC включает удаление нуклеиновой кислоты раствором поверхностно-активного вещества из экстракта, полученного из клеток микроорганизмов, продуцирующих хондроитиназу ABC, и хроматографирование при градиентном концентрированном элюировании с применением слабой катионо-обменной смолы или сильной катионо-обменной смолы. Композиция включает зондроитиназу и сывороточный альбумин, желатин или неионное поверхностно-активное вещество.
