Изобретение относится к технологии и может быть использовано в производстве керамических изоляторов для свечей зажигания. Способ позволяет интенсифицировать процесс удаления термопластичной связки из керамической заготовки, а устройство позволяет изготовлять изделия с заданной глубиной пористого слоя по всей поверхности нагрева независимо от места расположения заготовки в капсуле с регулируемым количеством удаленной связки и со стопроцентным выходом годных изделий. Способ осуществляется в многоместной капсуле с металлическим вкладышем с ячейками для установки заготовок и засыпки в них адсорбента, покрывающего заготовку. Капсулу устанавливают в печь, среда которой имеет температуру выше температуры испарения связки. Капсула и заготовки нагреваются и происходит истечение связки из пор заготовки до заданной величины. Заготовку выдерживают в печи до завершения процесса и извлекают его из печи. The billet is kept in the furnace until the process is completed and removed from the furnace. Due to the intensive warming up of the workpiece, the process of the outflow of the ligament occurs in a shorter period of time.
