Abstract
Способ очистки инертного газа, содержащего примеси органической природы, в особенности газа (азота) выходящего из реакторов твердофазной поликонденсации полиэфирных смол, который включает обработку газа стехиометрическим (или немного большим) количеством кислорода по отношению к присутствующим примесям, при температуре 250-600С с использованием платинового или платино-палладиевого катализатора на твердом пористом носителе и рециркуляцию газа непосредственно в реактор поликонденсации после осушки для удаления воды, образующейся при окислении примесей.
Claims (1)
- Способ очистки инертного газа, содержащего примеси органической природы, в особенности газа (азота) выходящего из реакторов твердофазной поликонденсации полиэфирных смол, который включает обработку газа стехиометрическим (или немного большим) количеством кислорода по отношению к присутствующим примесям, при температуре 250-600o С с использованием платинового или платино-палладиевого катализатора на твердом пористом носителе и рециркуляцию газа непосредственно в реактор поликонденсации после осушки для удаления воды, образующейся при окислении примесей.
