1. กรรมวิธีสำหรับการเตรียมสารประกอบสูตร (I):สูตรเคมี หรือเกลือที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชกรรมของสารนั้น, ซึ่ง R1 คือ ไฮโดรเจนหรือเมธิล และ R2 คือไฮโดรเจนหรือ C1-4 แอลคิลซึ่ง กรรมวิธีประกอบด้วย : เอ) การทำปฏิกิริยาสารประกอบสูตร (III) : สูตรเคมี ซึ่ง R1 เหมือนที่นิยามไว้ก่อนแล้ว, กับสารประกอบสูตร (IV): สูตรเคมี ซึ่ง L1 คือหมู่ที่หลุดออกไปได้ซึ่งเลือกได้จากหมู่ เบน ซิลไธโอ, C1-6 แอลคิลไธโอ, C1-6 แอลคอกซิ, เฟนอกซิ หรือ เบนซิลออกซิ และ R คือหมู่ - NHR2 ซึ่ง R2 เหมือนที่นิยาม ไว้ก่อนแล้ว หรือ R คือ แท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
