Claims (2)
1. กรรมวิธีในการเตรียมโพลีเพบไทด์ซึ่งสามารถใช้เป็นวัคซีน ป้องกันการติดเชื้อ Plasmodium falciparum ในคน ซึ่งประกอบ ด้วยการสอดใส่ลำดับที่เป็นรหัสบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดของหน่วย ซ้ำ ของ CS โปรตีนของ Plasmodium falciparum เข้าไปในพาหนะ ถอดรหัสของ E.coli โดยให้ลำดับรหัสดังกล่าวเชื่อมอยู่กับ หน่วย ควบคุมแล้ว E,coli ที่ถูกทรานสฟอร์มไปเพาะเลี้ยง ให้มีการ ผลิตโพลีเพบไทด์ดังกล่าวแล้วแยกและทำโพลีเพบไทด์นั้นให้ บริสุทธิ์
