Abstract

Aktif maddesini omeprazol, omeprazol'ün alkali bir tuzu, omeprazol'ün (-)-enantiomeri ve omeprazol'ün (-)-enantiomerinin alkali bir tuzunun olusturdugu gruptan seçilmis bir bilesigin olusturdugu enterik (bagirsaklara uygun) kaplamali agizdan alinan farmasötik bir formül ki, burada formülün aktif maddesi ve istege bagli olarak alkali reaksiyona giren bir bilesik çekirdek malzemesini olusturur, aktif madde bir baglama ajani olabilen farmasötik olarak uygun bir katki maddesinin ve söz konusu çekirdek malzemesi üzerindeki bir ayirma tabakasinin ve bir enterik kaplama tabakasinin karisimindan olusmaktadir. Farmasötik formüllerin imalatinda spesifik bir bulanma noktasi olan düsük viskoziteli bir hidroksipropil metilselüloz (HPMC) kullanilmaktadir. Bundan baska, bu basvuruda istem yapilan formüllerin hazirlanmasi ve ilaç olarak kullanimlari için gereken islemlerde tarif ediliyor.
