Abstract
Azot içeren vulkanizasyon maddeleri ve iletken genisleticilerle birlikte, (bloke) poliüretan reçinelere, epoksi reçinelere dayali, iletken ve kaynaklanabilir korozyon önleyici bilesimler, metal yüzeylerin, özellikle bobin kaplama isleminde levha çeligin kaplanmasi için elverislidir. Söz konusu bilesimler, düsük bir firinlama isisiyla, tuz püskürtme deneyinde galvanize levha çelik üzerindeki beyaz pas miktarinda önemli miktarda azalmayla ve organik kaplamanin metal alt tabaka üzerine yapismasinda görülen gelismeyle digerlerinden ayrilir. Söz konusu kaplamalar ayrica, ince bir krom kaplamayla, tercihen kromsuz ön isleme yöntemlerinde de yeterli korozyon korumasi saglar. Bu yolla kaplanan levha metale, herhangi bir geleneksel yöntem kullanilarak nokta kaynagi yapilabilir.
