Abstract

Püskürtme basligi, (5) içine iki giris araligindan (9,10) birinci ve ikinci sivi akisini (12, 13) olusturan bir sivi (7) akabilen bir karisim odasina (15) ve fiskirma (40) için akisin asagi yönünde yerlestirilmis bir çikis araligina (30) sahiptir. Karisim odasi duvari (16,17) sivi akislari (12, 13) için sevk alani olarak gelistirilmistir ve sivi akislari (12, 13) çikis araliginda (30) bir açida (alfa) karsilasacak ve böylece fiskirmayi (40) olusturacak sekilde çikis deliginde (30) sekillendirilmistir. Bu püskürtme süreci yaklasik 90 derecelik bir darbe açisi (alfa) için yüksek kinetik enerjiye sahip damlalar ve damlalarin izledikleri yollarin düzgün genis yayilimini saglamaktadir. Bu yüzden büyük alanlari uzak mesafelerden püskürtme basligi ile özellikle düzgün spreylemek mümkündür.
