Abstract

Dil alti yoluyla uygulama sureti ile akut sancinin/agrinin tedavisine yönelik bir farmasötik kompozisyon tarif edilmektedir. Kompozisyon esas itibari ile suda eriyebilen ve fentanil partiküllerinden çok daha büyük olan tasiyici madde partiküllerinin sathina yapisan mikropartiküller halinde fentanilin ve bunun farmasötik yönden kabul edilebilir bir tuzunun esas itibari ile susuz ve uygun bir karisimini ihtiva eder. Tercih edilen bir tecessümde, kompozisyon, ayni zamanda, bir biyo-yapismayi ve/veya muko-yapismayi tesvik edici bir ajan da içerir. Bu bulus kompozisyonun hazirlanmasi ve kompozisyonun akut sancinin tedavisi için kullanilmasi ile de ilgilidir.
